   Excellent moving service in Orlando

   I had a great experience with Early Bird Moving in Orlando. The team was professional, on time, and very careful with all of my belongings. They worked quickly but still paid attention to detail, making sure everything was wrapped and handled properly. Communication was easy from start to finish, and they were friendly and respectful the whole time. Pricing was fair and no surprises. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers in Orlando.

   Unprofessional Company.

   Very Unprofessional company. I scheduled my move with them a week in advance and they confirmed I was on their calendar. However, I called and texted multiple times the morning of my move and no one showed up. I called the company number listed here on google and it is a cell phone number and no one ever answers it. One moving individual texted me an hour late and stated multiple excuses as to why no one was there and kept promising someone would show up. Needless to say, we had a 26ft truck and had to return it by noon (when our movers were booked in the morning) . So we were forced to offload ourselves. I should have been Leary of this company when I saw they had a complete 5 star rating on google, as I’m sure they are working to bury or hide their poor reviews. I will also be calling U-haul move help to let them know my experience too. Out of 20 years and my 15+ moves in the military, I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional company. Not one phone call from this company yesterday and when I asked for the manager’s name and number they would not give it to me after multiple texts and voicemails. I do not recommend.
