   Moving Experience.

   My overall experience was exceptional. The entire Neutz team was great to work with. The estimated time to make the move and the quote were spot on.    Very satisfied with moving experience. Team of Tyler, John, and Shook very courteous, prompt, and exact. Always asked for correct room to place furniture. Cost of move very competitive, would strongly recommend Neutz Moving. Slight damage to dresser immediately addressed, and misplaced article delivered next day.

   Neutz Moving handled my packing and move. Everything was handled very professionally. Jamie and BK were in charge of the packing. Everything was packed and labeled very well. It is so important with a lot of glass and valuable items. It also makes it much easier to find the important everyday items to unpack first. The moving crew (sorry I don’t remember all their names) were hard working and very courteous always asking if I needed any help with items. I had several heirlooms that could not be replaced. There were all padded and wrapped very well so there was not damage. Overall from my first conversation with Edward that reassured me and helped with my anxiety over the whole process to everyone else involved it help to make for any easier day. Thanks!

   Efficient, friendly, and reasonable price!

   Ryan and Brandon were great! They moved us out of 2 storage units and in to our new house in no time at all! They took care of our furniture and were very careful when moving it in to our house. No damage to anything, including our hardwood floors and freshly painted walls! Will use them again if we ever have a need to move! Thanks!

   Philip,Dastin and Reshawn did an excellent job on our move. Extremely satisfied.The crew arrived on time and worked together very well all day. They were very courteous and polite throughout the process. They did whatever it took to carefully arrange our furniture and boxes where we requested. All went very well and arrived in great shape at our destination. 5 stars to all of them!

   Great Service.

   We are having our floors refinished and were looking for a company that could move some of our furniture to our lower level, garage and store the rest. We were pleasantly surprised with the service starting with the 1st phone call with Libby. Libby gave me a detail list of all charges and services. Jamie and Quincy were awesome!! They were very careful to wrap our furniture and make sure we were happy. We have moved four times and I can say this was the best experience. Thanks to all of you at Neutz Moving!    Didn't get all that was promised.

   The people who work there are very pleasant and easy going but I did not receive all that I was suppose to. I paid $18 for a wardrobe box that was suppose to have a pole to transfer my hung up clothes with the movers putting them directly in the closet. There was no pole and my clothes were left in the bottom of the box. Furniture was wrapped but they did not unwrap them all. Also not all mattresses were put on the beds. As a senior citizen the things they were suppose to do but didn't made it difficult for me and I had to pay another person to do what they did not do.

   Local Move and Storage.

   We recently moved from a house to a patio home. I had never heard of Nuetz Movers but decided to use them because they were recommended by a friend. Because our home sold so quickly and we had not found a patio home yet, we had to put our furniture in Nuetz storage for a month. Erin was very helpful and the move to storage went well. The guys were on time, very nice and moved quickly. However, I was very disappointed when my furniture arrived from storage. There were numerous damaged pieces, the frame for my coffee table was missing and the glass top was broken. My white sofa and chair were soiled because they did not shrink wrap or cover them. These pieces had been in my living room and were rarely used. The arms of the pieces and the cushions were stacked against the wall of the truck and since they were not covered, they got soiled. Ed Nuetz came to my home and did repairs to some of the damaged pieces and replaced the glass broken on my coffee table. He told me a soft brush would remove the soil that it was just dust from storage. I brushed the pieces but it did not help. I decided I would get a new sofa and chair and take the soiled ones to a consignment store. However, the consignment store would not take them because of the soiled arms and cushions. So I now have a $1,200 sofa and an $800 chair from the Cherry House that I need to see if they can be cleaned or I will have to replace them. The fabric on the pieces have silk background and I’m afraid if I try to have them cleaned it will cause water rings that will look even worse. Because of all the issues, I would not recommend Nuetz storage. I would also highly recommend that Nuetz shrink wrap all upholstered furniture to avoid this problem in the future. I would also recommend anyone moving to take additional insurance if you have good furniture, movers will only pay .16 cents per pound that will not cover any repairs or replacements.

    Broken items and zero call backs

    They previously moved us so, I thought I’d use them again. This time they booked us with 2 movers instead of 3 estimating 2hrs. Well it took more than 6 hours and one of the boys put my son’s brand new nursery dresser on the wrong dolly and dropped the entire thing down the stairs. Completely shattered then proceeded to tell me they usually charge for having to toss broken furniture but, this time they won’t. To me that was just crazy to hear.. as if I should be grateful for them tossing my son’s brand new dresser? Then they clearly stacked boxes on top of ones marked do not stack putting heavier boxes on top of glassware. They then left an entire dresser at the old house I told them twice to put in the truck. After unpacking my glassware was broken, my lamps are missing the main piece to hold the shades.. and I’m out of a dresser for my son. Once I went to pay they told me it’s an extra 5% charge for using a credit card. They never mentioned this booking either move and I paid cash last time. They then told me their manager would reach out about the broken dresser but, he never did. I called a week later and they were able to send guys to retrieve the other dresser that was left at the old house. Then the manager said he’d get back to me on the broken dresser. One month passed I call twice and they said they moved the paperwork to upper management and they will reach out. Two months passes and the lady I spoke to said she marked it as urgent that they will do something for us. Here we are 3 months later. No call back no nothing. I would highly recommend using a different company.
