   The best moving experience we have ever had!

   When we first contacted the company about or move we were met with courtesy, and professionalism. This was impressive because they were a local company, and the big name companies hadn’t treated us quite as well. We had to present our employer with three moving quotes, since they were the ones funding the move, EJA came out on top. EJA had the best pricing and we were advised to pick a local mover since they have the least amount of issues, and after reviewing the other companies this turned out to be accurate. Our employer wouldn’t have hired a company that insisted on cash, everything needed a paper trail, in fact we had to have everything lined up a week before they brought the truck to our house. We later found out they had the best reputation for moving for local and big names businesses in the area, this put our minds at ease. On moving day they had an army of very professional movers and packed our house in record time. They took extra care with family heirlooms and fine china. Even Eddie, the owner, was there making sure everything went smoothly. I thought for sure we would have some casualties since our move was from one corner of the country to the other, but everything arrived in perfect condition. We felt like we were well taken care of, even though we were across the country, any minor issues that arose were promptly taken care of and with absolute respect. Highly recommended!

   Stress Free Move.

   I recently used EJA Services for my move. I moved from Binghamton NY to New Hartford NY. They came out and packed everything up, loaded up and moved me in just 2 days. They were on time, didn't break or damage anything and were very professional. It was a totaly stress free move and I wouldn't hesitate to use them if the need should arise in the future. I highly reccommend them, M Allan.

   Talk about professionals.

   I was in Watertown,ny and I called these guys to move me and mom home and they're excellent! They packed the truck quickly and efficiently. And they were always on time for the load in ny and the unload in ma. I'm happy to be back home and I suggest anyone in or around (they will travel it) rome ny call these guys. Eddie is great on the phone if you need anything and the crew is unbelievably professional. Nothing was damages and this move was done with 4-3 ice cold inches of snow on the ground. (In ny anyways).

   SHADY company - STAY AWAY!

   We originally tried to do a move through Bekins Moving Services. We submitted a quote on their website. Somehow we got contacted by EJA moving services. We were under the impression that this was a Bekins move, not a local move. This company, specifically Eddie, called us the night before our move across the country to inform us that we needed to pay in cash. This should have been our first clue that something was amiss. How does he expect people moving across the country, who have switched banks, to come up with thousands of dollars a night before a move, in cash? If I would have had advance notice, I would have been able to secure the money. Secondly, we are supposed to hand over cash? What if the person who showed up to move us suddenly "misplaces" the cash? This is nuts. Our second option to pay was by credit card, but that was a 3% surcharge. How lovely. If I could have gotten advance notice, I could have moved money over to our checking and written a check. This company claimed that they sent information to us on our options for payment. That is an outright lie. On top of this, Eddie told us the night before our move, (and this is a direct quote) "well we don't have to move you." WOW. He had us in a corner, and to say something like that as a "professional" company is insane. Bekins claims to have nothing to do with this move. They are also lying as EJA found us when we submitted the quote through Bekins and that is how EJA found us. Stay away from Bekins and this company! Bekins confirmed that EJA was a vendor of theirs but has claimed no responsibility for this.
