Partial movePaid C$600
Padded the Bill.
It took El Cheapo 3.5 hours to move the contents of one student's small bedroom from Etobicoke to mid-town Toronto. They quoted low, but sent two slow, low-energy guys who padded the bill. The same move last year was 30-40% lower. Not at all satisfied, and on one from the company has responded to phone or email. Their ratings on YELP have slid the last three months. Easy to see why.

Cancelled last minute.
We booked El Cheapo a month in advance to help with my mother-in-law's move. She called to confirm time a week before the move and was told they'd overbooked and were not going to do her move. No one had called and the representative was rude and dismissive over the phone. Luckily, we were able to find another company, at HALF the price El Cheapo quoted. I would highly suggest NOT booking with El Cheapo!!
