   Can't recommend this company enough; they were brilliant. They were so efficient, hard working and very good value for money which made our move much more manageable. Mr Khan and his team who helped us on the day were very polite and helpful aswell. Everything was moved with care, things were boxed and wrapped carefully.

   Excellent service Very punctual, friendly and helpful staff. All my belongings were packed with care and well protected from the damage. Mr iftey and His team even agreed to change the time of my delivery slot at the last minute and were very patient when there was a bit of a wait at the other end.

   Fantastic Job.

   Europe Removal & storage Ltd did a fantastic job in dealing with our house move. They provided a full packing service and everything was moved with care and also without damage. All the guys who were involved in our move were friendly and polite. The staff in the office sonia & Abi were also professional and courteous. Would definitely look to use their services again. Highly recommended.

   Really good moving company.

   Really hard working, came in the day before and packed everything so well, disassembled our furniture so swiftly, then on the actual day, they got our stuff loaded and off so quickly and efficiently. I've never seen a bunch of men work so hard!! And then they put our wardrobes back together better than they were before. Really recommend them. They did charge us for working after 5pm, but to be honest, wasn't that bothered about paying them as they'd done such a good job.

   Awful

   They were extremely expensive. Delivered an awful service and even stole my good wine. On the day of the removal when I refused to sign their form saying I was completely happy their staff became aggressive towards me. I have made several attempts to resolve my complaints with them but this has lead no where. I would not recommend to anyone.

   Simply don't bother with them!

   If we weren't so stressed we'd have laughed out loud at their quote of £5000 for our small 2 bedroom house move! It's only specific items of furniture and some larger items....boxes and small contents are going separately. They've completely wasted our time mucking about with videos and lists. They justified their extreme quote by saying the 10 potted plants we're taking with us take up so much room the move would need 3 vehicles and 5 guys! Can only assume they use shopping trolleys and weaklings!

   Do not use this company for your move.

   I took it on good faith they would move my items without any problems. Several of my items which were display cases were damaged. Also weights from a weight lifting machine were missing and when I questioned them I was given excuses and I should have supervised their staff. Why should I look over someones shoulder when you pay for the service and are told everything will be placed into the trucks. Proficiency is our quality; Service is our motto; Customer is our priority! That last sentence is their company statement. None of those things appled to my move. Because it took me one day longer over the 7 day period to catalogue the damage, I was quoted their 7 day policy and told I would not be able to claim for damages. Also it has taken usalmost 2 months to finally organise my possessions and I found the weights to be missing. I asked them about this and have still not received an honest answer as to what happened to my weights. The old house was cleared of all remaining items with a skip so I can't check if they are at the old house. As a customer I am certainly no priority as they have shirked responsibility through their 7 day policy. DO NOT USE THEM. Alot of your possessions will get damaged. I have had about £3000 pounds worth of damage done and they had the cheek to charge me an extra 3 hours work because the house key was delayed in being released. It was all about the money and a terrible low quality service.

   Respected George Xenophontos Thank you for your feed back and moving with Europe removal &Storage ltd but your statement is not based on fact as our removal team work really hard in lock down situation at your property.our team become very disappoint after receiving your review.our removal team told us ,they shrink wrapped all your furniture, anything that was fragile was bubble wrapped. Our operational Manger told us after delivering all your belongings, he checked everything none of your possession was damaged and he confirmed it with you before leaving from your new house. Regarding to your weights, we found nothing in our trucks, after finishing the move we always check our vehicles and also before leaving for new destinations we always make sure we ask our clients if they would like to take look in to the trucks , just to make sure nothing is left behind. You contacted with us by email during the lock down season. How after such a long time we will keep your thing in our yard without informing you. nevertheless we keep saying we don't have anything in our yard. kind Regards Europe Removal Respected.

   Do not use this company!!

   Please steer clear of this company!! We paid for removal and assembly!! They refused to assemble our items and broke many items!! This company has cost me so much money!! We have had to hire do one to assemble all our belongings and we are still trying to find items that were thrown into our garage instead of going to the correct rooms. They have made our move so so stressful!! Please do not hire!!

   Terrible and deceitful services - full of lies!

   Absolutely terrible. Lied straight to my face when they came to do a survey. Atif, the manager, guaranteed BOTH VERBALLY AND BY TEXT dismantling and reassembling services even of gas appliances despite us asking him multiple times to make sure, but on the day the movers refused as they said this wasn't stated on their contract. That was the only reason why we chose to pay them more than another moving company, to save the hassle of finding additional engineers to do it. I tried to chase them up to complain but was blatantly ignored by them. Still no response from Atif. What an irresponsible salesman.

We feel that their may have been a slight miscommunication on this matter. As you are aware it is illegal for us to disconnect and reconnect your gas appliances without the required gas safety certificate. As you can see from the texts we have sent you it clearly explains we can dismantle and reassemble furniture, this however does not include disconnecting and reconnecting gas on a legal standpoint.     Cowboys. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!

    My parents booked this firm for a move from Carshalton in London to Wales on 14/10/2019 They were booked in for a 7am start, but didn't show up until 9.30, blaming a broken warehouse door for the delay. They were not professionally dressed and did not give the impression of a group of people who knew what they were doing, however at this late stage we could not arrange another company so were forced to carry on dealing with them. The truck they used was a 12 year old beaten up Luton 5.5 tonne box van. Broken tail lights, scratched and dented to hell, no tail lift and clearly on its last legs. How they managed to fit all the furniture into the truck was a miracle. It was a very VERY tight Squeeze and was probably over weight, even though my parents had a site survey beforehand so the company know exactly what was being loaded onto the truck. Unsurprisingly, the vehicle broke down on route (I'm guessing it was a combination of the age of the vehicle and the weight of the goods it was carrying). They had to get another van, unload the old one and reload the new one as it was presumably irreparable. They didn't show up at my parents new home until around 23.15. Some of The furniture was soaking wet, scratched or broken. When I challenged the driver about this he said it was not his problem, and that it must have been damaged by the original crew. Thing is, as the driver he is responsible for the condition of the goods in transit, but he wanted to take no responsibility. They finally left around 01.00. The whole experience left me and my elderly parents drained and exhausted. I would never use this firm again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else. Use them at your peril.
