   The movers were professional and prompt. They were very kind and open to all the requirements we have, Every time I made a change or asked a question in the days leading up to the move they responded quickly.

   Great moving experience.

   Express was very professional on my move. I needed packing and they made sure everything was packed professionally and efficiently. They even shipped my motorcycle with my household goods and there were no damages at all! Delivery was on time as they told me it would be in a week. Alex and his crew were very helpful, polite and professional. The price was exactly what they said it would be and the service even better than expected. I will definitely be using Express again if I move again!

   NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE

   Absolute nightmare! They lied, stole my items. Alex would not talk to me after delivery until after I made a complaint and then all of a sudden on Christmas Eve he is blowing up my phone wanting me to retract my complaint otherwise he wouldn't get his Christmas bonus. I advised I wanted my missing items. Funny how they over charge and then lose or steal things and think it is ok. Ridiculous. I would carry my items on my back cross country before I recommend this company. They want to brush it off - of course because they stole my stuff and are happy.

   They are horrible

   I received my household goods shipment and only 62 of the 120 boxes were delivered. I contacted the company and they told me to fill out a claim. They were not willing to discuss helping find almost half of my household goods they picked up and "can't find". Also, all the boxes that were delivered were smashed, or opened. The wardrobe boxes had to be delivered upside down because the entire bottom of the boxes were open. I would give a zero star if that was an option. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

   lost 4k desk and leaf to a 7K dining room table

   I moved my furniture from San Diego to a warehouse in Vegas without my permission, stored it for 4 days, and then re-loaded it, leaving behind my desk and DR table leaf. Alex keeps saying they will bring it to me but that has been 2 months ago!!!!

   Cross country move

   Absolutely a horrible company to do business with. Almost trippled the price of initial estimate. They had all my household goods packed and in my driveway when I was hit with the astronomical increase. Lots of goods broken on the move, company made filing a claim difficult. Stay clear of this company.

   Horrible company

   In short raises prices 3 times , my furniture arrived busted up , small items busted boxes smashed missing a complete tote with about $500 worth of pampered chef items and kitchen aid mixer attachments ! Unprofessional threatened me !! I paid $5000 to move my stuff just to replace most of my stuff !! 7ft oak shelf back busted off , shelves chipped and scratched, antique cabinet latch broke door falling off back shoved inwards and the top comes completely off , coffee table busted right down the middle , end tables with corners completely broken off !!

   Moving.

   Unprofessional moving company. When they got here to deliver my belongings 2 days after they were supposed to already have arrived. They did not contact me to let me know they would not be here on timeI had to contact them I was told by the guy to sign and pay the money before they unloaded the trailer after they set my furniture up and left I noticed they had Damaged almost every piece of my mint condition bedroom set. Broke something in the driveway and left the broken glass. After they left I called to let them know that my stuff had been damaged they said oh that sucks you’ll have to file a claim with your moving company I thought that they were the moving company very confused.

    Dont choose these guys. They are horrible.

    Express Vanline moving people are the cheap people ever saw. Delivery is late and even they suck your money. They broke my two book shelves, china cabinet and 4 floor lamps and they literally left all those items downstairs on the curb and some in the walkway on the 4th floor and they left. Also they didn't assemble my bed which is very heavy and when asked him if they can at least move the bed head board to the other side of the wall in the bedroom, he said let me call my guys and he left and never showed up. After 5 mins when I went down to check on him, van wasn't there, movers left. When I called him, he declined all the times. He literally ran away. Unprofessional and they shouldn't run a company if they are this cheap. This is not the way treating a customer and they are the worst in my opinion. Trust factor is zero with them. Also the paperwork is horrible. Its not printed. Everything is hand written and their hand writing is horrible and also not at all easy to understand. Also when I mentioned that these items are broken in front of him, he marked the book shelves as microwave stands and everything he said is a lie and the main point is he didn't give me a receipt of total payment and he said he would give after they move everything and in the last minute when I asked him about moving the bed head board, he ran away and never showed up and didn't give me my receipt.
