   Excellent moving experience. The customer service team was very responsive and clear. Communication pre-move was above and beyond. When the movers were on their way, they sent us a link to track the truck. They did a good job.

   Dependable service

   The garage, bedrooms, and living room were all part of this relocation, so keeping the workload organized mattered. The movers cleared the larger pieces first and used the remaining space for boxes. Their approach kept the loading area relatively open. Unloading was handled in a similar order. The service was dependable, with a few coordination details that could be improved.

   worst experience with a mover

   Movers were rude, didn't speak English, complained about everything, didn't have enough packing materials and just left over $ 3000.00 dollars of my tool behind. I was told 7-15 days for delivery and we're now at 20 days and we've not received our goods. Be careful using this company.

   The worst company ever

   If I could give GoodMoving zero stars, I would. This was, without question, the worst moving experience I have ever had. Goodview Moving to handle my belongings, and the experience was the worse in my life. My shipment arrived 48 days after my First Available Delivery Date—nearly two months later. Several boxes arrived crushed or torn, fragile boxes had clearly been placed underneath heavier items, multiple belongings were damaged, boxes were missing, and my son’s double dresser arrived completely destroyed and structurally unusable. The delivery crew also appeared to be in a rush to unload everything and leave. I had paid for reassembly service, but I had to remain extremely attentive and repeatedly make sure they completed the service for which I had already paid. My calls were not properly addressed, I was repeatedly told someone would call me back, and those promised callbacks never came. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Goodview Moving. The price increased from approximately $3,000 to nearly $9,000, the shipment arrived 48 days late, property was damaged, boxes were missing, and the customer support I was promised never materialized. This move caused an enormous amount of stress, frustration, and financial loss. I strongly encourage anyone considering these companies to look elsewhere.

   My step daughter got an estimate from broker, once Good view arrived on moving day the rates tripled, became sq ft , etc …. Then they stated they had 21 days to get move completed. She was going to cancel as 21 days was too long. The Man in charge got on phone and then said they would have it there in 2 days, so she agreed. Well the 2 days came and no delivery after she hurried 2 states away to be sure she was there. Then the excuses came one after another or couldn’t get anyone on the phone.They said the contract said 21 days so be careful and read the fine print Don’t believe anything they say. They took 20 days until she got the delivery and they wanted cash or money order, not a credit card. My step daughter had to buy air mattresses for her and 2 boys , no clothes for grandkids to start school and nothing to prepare or cook food. They were really put out and struggled with basically nothing. They also moved items on/off trucks into warehouse until they had multiple moves going in same direction. I would not recommend using this company.

    Do Not Use!

    We hired Fast to do a long distance move. The cost doubled from the original estimate to the final cost. We had to hire a 2nd mover since Fast left 1/5 of our belongings behind. They delivered many days later than promised. Numerous items including things they packed were delivered broken including furniture & artwork. Several things were missing. The workers were clearly not professional & inexperienced. We have moved a few times & have never encountered a company with less regard for our belongings, many of which are irreplaceable. This company is a complete disgrace & should not be in the moving business.
