   The team members were friendly and professional from the quote to the actual move. They arrived on time and moved our entire house items in one day. They packed all our furniture and marked where the boxes would go at our new home.

   They were great!

   They were great about disassembling my bed and putting it back together, and also dealing with my tall desk that they couldn't take apart. I would recommend it, especially if you have a smaller move.

    I would give this company 0 stars if possible

    THIS COMPANY IS RUN BY CROOKS who are also liars. They quoted a low rate up front and two days before the move the price more than doubled. they said we had 30% more stuff and that translated into double the original cost. When we questioned the significant increase in charges the guy said we could find another company or get rid of some stuff so we would be moving the amount that was originally quoted. They promised a crew of 3 but only 2 showed up to load and the head mover was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and condescending. 10 days later, the stuff was delivered. It had been sitting in a warehouse for several days and arrived on a different truck. There was only one person on the delivery truck to unload everything and he was given the wrong address for delivery , so the driver was late. This poor man had to unload everything by himself. Not only do they treat their customers poorly but they also treat their drivers like garbage. There is nothing good I can say about this company or our experience and I would encourage you to STEER CLEAR unless you are up for getting totally ripped off.

    Pam, We are so sorry to see this type of review. Our goal is to always provide the best quality of service possible. The only reason a move cost increases is if the customer adds additional items to the inventory, long carry when the truck cannot get within 75 ft of the location, additional stairs, or additional packing is needed. When reviewing your file it appears the driver's labor hand became ill before your delivery and was not able to work that day. In most cases when not dealing with large bulky furniture 1 man can handle a drop off with the proper dolly and 4 wheel dolly. We do apologize for any inconvenience that you may have experienced.
