   Service from Flatrate Moving

The service from Flatrate was excellent in its execution of packing and moving the large amount of personal property my apartment had housed. My expectations were exceeded by one day out of the three days originally planned. It was the speed, thoroughness and courtesy that the movers exercised.

   Great move with no issues!

The whole moving experience was great. From my email request, to the phone call I received, the walk through, getting a quote and have all my questions answered. I had zero issues or problem. The moving crew were amazing. Polite, positive and just really nice guys. I would highly recommend Flatrate. And this is my 3rd move with them! Thank you for taking care of my move! You were great!

   Moving

We had an incredible experience with FlatRate Movers during our move from Brooklyn to Chappaqua. We have been using FlatRate Movers since 2014, and once again they exceeded our expectations. Adam, our estimator, was professional, responsive, and made the entire process feel organized and stress-free from the beginning. Everything he promised was delivered exactly as expected. The moving team was absolutely outstanding. This was a large two-day move involving packing, loading, storage, and delivery, and the crew never stopped working. They were unbelievably hardworking, careful with our furniture and fragile items, efficient, respectful, and maintained a positive attitude the entire time. It was honestly impressive to watch how coordinated and professional the entire team was. Moving is usually a stressful experience, but FlatRate made it smooth and manageable from start to finish. You can tell these guys truly care about doing the job right. We are extremely grateful for all of their hard work and would highly recommend FlatRate Movers to anyone looking for a reliable, professional moving company.

   Moving

We had an excellent experience with FlatRate Moving while packing, moving, and storing the contents of our large apartment in Brooklyn Heights. The entire process was smooth and well organized from start to finish. Matt, the manager, was extremely professional and coordinated everything flawlessly. His planning and communication made what could have been a stressful move feel completely manageable. On moving day, Stephen, the foreman, and his team were fantastic—efficient, courteous, and highly professional. They handled everything with great care and kept the process moving quickly and smoothly. Overall, a truly great job by the entire team. We highly recommend FlatRate Moving to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving company.

Just finished my 4th move....quick, efficient, easy as always

From first phone call to the end of the move, everything went as smooth as I could have hoped. Everything well-explained, professional, and great moving teams. The move itself (one-bedroom) took about 1.5-2 hrs. Support staff was responsive with quick turn-around on the necessary COI for my co-op, and in following up in all regards. I highly recommend FlatRate.
