Damage to 80% of Furniture & Pictures
We received horrible service from Foster’s Moving. The 2 movers damaged a wall in our house moving stuff out and didn’t even tell us; my husband had to point it out to them. They broke the drawer off my desk and taped it back with masking tape. We arrived at the storage locker only to find out that the movers didn’t even use all the moving blankets we provided. They have destroyed 80% of our furniture, including a brand new sofa table. They also damaged pictures and completely destroyed my desk. The owner has offered to send $50 e-transfer, which is a total insult.

Terrible Service. Showed up without proper equipment and a borrowed truck. Staff was inefficient, no hussle, not organized. My brother moved most of the boxes with a dolly he had to go and get from his own storage. One of the crew had never moved before and it was their first day. Took extra time to train them, took 25 min to move a simple couch and it was damaged in the process. The whole move took much longer than it should have and would have taken even longer if my brother and I didn't pick up the slack. When I informed the owner he provided a small discount but gave no acknowledgement or apology of the terrible service. Even with the reduced price I over paid for the service provided. I do not recommend. I hear Swain is a good moving company. I will use them next time.
