Box of items disappeared.
Everything went well until delivery, when I discovered a missing box. There was no effort to trace the box and a settlement offer was insufficient to replace the missing items. The claims people are unconcerned and have extremely poor customer service skills.

Late, Reeked of Marijuana, Broke Items.
The movers showed up an hour late reeking of marijuana. They took several long breaks above and beyond what was scheduled. Even worse, they broke a dresser. Although I bought the insurance, my claim was denied - Robin Smith, my claims adjustor, said that because they didn't inspect the dresser prior to moving, I couldn't prove that they broke it. NEVER EVER use this company - total scam.
