   Price/Time/Rudeness.

   When I called this company about their price they said they would match any movers price.  So I understood him to say $175 for 2 hours and prorated if over that time.  He also spoke with my daughter and she understood the same thing.  Otherwise we would have gone with the other movers who were cheaper.  They were suppose to arrive at 2pm, they pushed it back to 4:30 and at 5 they still had not shown up and were not answering phones.  Finally they showed up at 7:30.  At 9:30 my daughter called and they were finished and telling her it was $350.  I have all the times from text messages.  She had to pay so they would leave and they did lower it to $300.  When I called about the over price, I was told it was $175 an hour not 2 hours.  He would not even listen to what I had to say and kept talking over me.  He did say their flat rate was $250. So I asked him to refund $50 so he would not be making additional money for a 2 hour job ($300-250=50refund).  He tried to say the movers where there over 2 hours and that my daughter did not tell me the truth. That is when I told him I was going to hang up because I would not let him call my daughter a lair.
