   GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

   This Company was recommended to me by my realtor. I first spoke with Don the owner and we was very helpful and even gave me tips on what I could to save money. The guys came on moving day within the window and communicated to me when they left the facility and called me when they got here. These guys were friendly, careful, and very efficient. I was quoted 6 hours they finished in 5. If I were to do this process again, I would call them back no questions asked.

   Great Move!!!

   The move was flawless. John and Dustin were absolutely amazing! I am significantly overweight and only able to do a little. They took over and got everything done with no complaints. They were so kind and accommodating. The estimate was very accurate. They knew what they were doing and did it well. I'm so impressed and would definitely use Gentle Hands again! Will be recommending to everyone I hear is moving. Thank you so much!!

   Great service.

   I had a great experience with this company. The office was very friendly and have me alot of valuable information regarding my move. The day the of the move the movers arrived with in the scheduled window and quickly and carefully loaded the truck. The unload went e been faster. I was quoted 5 hours but it to the crew only 4 hours. I would re commend this company to anyone looking for movers in the area.

   BEWARE! Gentle Hands practices in the most unscrupulous tactics. A shady business model run by even more shadier people. With so many respectable movers to choose from you would do much better not choosing Gentle Hands. Laboratory monkeys could provide better moving and customer service than anything you will receive from this sham of a business. From Craig the "manager," with his countless excuses as to why be is allowed to misled his customers. To his lying second in command lackey Don, to their UNBELIEVABLY SLOW movers, this company is a joke! Plain and simple. The movers showed up OVER TWO HOURS LATE. Called me 30 minutes before my time to tell me. Then after taking 4 hours to move out they took another 2.5 hours to move me in. A ONE BEDROOM 500 sq foot apartment and it took them over 5 hours to finish. Horrible, Horrible service all around. It is no wonder they have such awful feedback from previous customers. They are the THE WORST! They treat their customers like dirt! Then, after providing less than substandard service, find even more deceitful, grimey, underhanded and completely unethical ways and means to empty those same customer's pockets for however much they can get away with. As far as I'm concerned the whole operation is a scam to pilfer as much money, and stifle as much happiness, from the pockets and lives of those going thru what we all would agree is one of of the most stressful experiences imaginable, Gentle hands charged me over $800 for a one bedroom apartment that had no bed, couch, or anything over 50 pounds heavy to move. Gentle hands suckers you in with the initial 2 hour time frame then once you have gone over time and have no choice but to let them finish, the movers immediately began working at a much, much slower pace. Purposely taking longer to do and complete the simplest of tasks. Gentle Hands Moving made my moving experience one of the worst situations I've ever been put thru. I feel so taken advantage of by this awful business and it's employees. My hope is that those who wish to seek out the service of a Moving business will AVOID Gentle Hands moving AT ALL COSTS. Hire a group of mentally challenged monkeys instead. You will achieve far greater success than ANYTHING Gentle Hands could ever provide. In the future, my hope is that others will see this review and RUN for their lives. Because if they decide to hire Gentle Hands Moving they will endure feelings of misery and regret that will be on par with levels previously thought unimaginable. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! For ANYTHING! BUYER BEWARE! Rating should be negative 5.

   Be wary. Get more upfront details added to contract

   Three hours late. Crew unprepared with out the equipment and products listed in the quote. Upon arriving, the crew voiced that the company did not inform them on our needs and were mismanaged. Broke at least two pieces of furniture ( shattered, probable dropped). No response from company after repeated calls and emails

   Movers are slow (and you pay by the minute), they talk about getting their tip at initial meeting and are persistent about receiving it when move is done (even if not necessarily deserved). Movers were inappropriate and inconsiderate in the hallways when moving between our condo and the moving truck. Damage was done to our new condo during the move and the company engaged in several and repeated communication delays, and eventually stopped communication with me altogether. The damage was never fixed despite repeated efforts to get them to follow through on their contractual obligation.

   Horrible moving experience.

   November 7, 2016 we moved within parker, co. The move was just over 2 miles away from eachother. I prepaid about a week earlier purchased the service through living social. The prepaid amount was $530 dollars for 3 hrs and 3 guys. I thought for sure that would cut it. I also had my nephew and brother in law to help also. First off they were an hr in a half late, this meant my brother in laws time with helping us was cut down. While my brother in law was here they worked awesome. One time they took a break and my brother in law and nephew saw at least two of them smoking weed. Then they brought the first load over to the new home, 2 miles away took them 40 minutes to get here. They took forever to unload boxes and didn't bother putting boxes where they were marked. My brother in law had to leave by then. I followed them back and realized the only ones working was 1 mover and my nephew. The other two hung out by the truck and one of them packed the truck when the other two got the stuff to them. So this means 1 mover sat there and did nothing. Oh and lets state it took 20 more minutes to get from new place to old place once again 2 miles. Some stuff ended up broken, furniture dirty and most of everything ended up in the garage which is not exactly close to the house. So now after another 5 hrs extra they are done. The movers said an extra 600 dollars. We called on these movers at least 3 times through the course of the day. We called the company, we tried explaining the experience of the day. Anthony threatened calling the police, we threatened lawyer. Anthony tried running my card without me knowing but there wasn't enough money in the card. He accused me of giving a fraud card despite he took the first 530 from that exact card. That conversation got no where about an hr later the owner called and gave us his apologies and acceoted 200 bucks instead of the 600. Problem is we got horrible horrible service and they did all to screw us and they didn't care. Anthony out right tried to steal money from me and nothing happened. I have decided people need to know since within the moving industry they have a horrible reputation.
