   Long distance move

   We were thankful for Jesse, Joy and the team. We had friendly and professional service during our move from northern Manitoba to Newfoundland. We found this move to be hassle free and reasonably priced. We certainly appreciated the movers/drivers as they were efficient and easy to deal with.    Elson, Shawn, Louis, and Emanuel were wonderful, efficient and very obliging. We appreciated the care they took on carefully covering the furniture and wrapping with packing tape. They also dismantled where needed and then put everything back together. They also paid attention to locating the boxes in the requested rooms.    Moving review

   Excellent moving day thanks to Lum, Devante and Hamidi. They were pleasant, friendly and extremely hard working. Lots of heavy, awkward furniture which they took great care with. Took the time to take apart the beds and dining room table and put them back together perfectly. Even shared a slice of their pizza with me! Great team work too with Lum as the lead. Definitely would recommend them and will be requesting this team for our next move.

   November 29, 2019 - Moved from Woodstock to Belle River, Ontario.

   It does not matter how organized you think you are; moving is always stressful. However; we booked with GoodOlBoys Moving, Cambridge and from first contact with Jesse to the last item unloaded at the end of a long day, it was a professional and stress free experience. The three - man crew Alex, Garret and Joe were polite, professional and very caring with all contents loaded and unloaded. Their positive attitude and high energy didn't change from 9:00 am until they finally unloaded at 7:30 pm + they had another 2.5 hour drive to finish their day. Highly recommended!

   Poor experience

   I had three items that didn’t arrive including a cruiser bicycle, a bed frame and dishes. They said it was my fault for not speaking beyond the movers about this claim. Failed miserably as at least $800 worth of stuff vanished!

   Good Ol Boys Moving

   Our household was loaded in Kitchener on Mar. 22 with a 7-21 business day delivery window. The movers were an hour and a half later than promised on the day of loading. Our household arrived at our new home on April 24th at about 4:30 PM. You can do the math on whether or not it was within the promised window. Two gentlemen arrived to unload (they were great!), but trying to unload an entire 3 bedroom house after 5pm is nothing short of ridiculous! Our 65" TV was smashed! It was packed in a TV box with foam padded corners and an abundance of extra protection around the TV. Our aluminum patio table was also irreparably broken and our outdoor fireplace cover was torn when it arrived at our new place. Our light grey couch was stained with grease and we're missing an aluminum step-ladder. Upon informing the moving company of our damages, we were offered $150.00 to settle. Throughout the MONTH it took to get our belongings, we reached out several times to Jesse Betts, and were treated like children. He was incredibly non-responsive and made us feel like we were unreasonable for asking for updates on where our stuff was or when we could expect to see it. I would NEVER use this company again nor would I recommend it to anyone else!!

    Never hire them

    NEVER HIRE THEM, WORST PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH never apologize for mis-commitment , stole my ADVANCE DEPOSITTED money,  never picked up my calls, never showed up to my place ,PLUS THEIR REP NICOLE MISBEHAVED ALOT SUCH A RUDE PERSON, THEY ARE SIMPLY FOLLOWING fraudulent business practices. Its not about money its about non professionalism at the critical moment of someones closing date.
