   Try a better one

   Given that the within Brazil moves were great, I hired them to move back to Saint Louis, MO. 1. They packed carefully.2. They were flexible. 3. They kept changing your contact person and often took weird days off the office 4. Their bargaining power with the container ships was poor. They postponed the ship loading 3 or 4 times. Two months more than expected . 5.TTHE CONTAINER HAD A LOT.OF.WATER AND MIILDEW CONTAMINATION.6. Their insurance company was slow and evasive.They did not communicate with service providers.clearly. CONCLUSION: TRY ANOTHER MOVING COMPANY.

   Unprofessional scammers/ Do not Use

   Granero Moving is an unprofessional moving company that operates with part time housewives in Brazil. They say that operations are in Florida but most of their part time people are in Brazil. There is no accountability, the movers are subcontracted unprofessional guys freshly arrived from Cuba without any experience. The packers say that Granero doesn’t supply them with packing materials so they improvise with just boxes and tape. All our furniture arrived damaged, either broken or severely damaged by melted plastic on wooden chairs or tape directly applied to wood or fine fabric. Probably the container was left out in the extreme Florida heat and plastic melted. Nobody is responsible for anything. When our container was going to be delivered, the two ladies that had “helped” went on vacation for a month at the same time. So there was nobody to talk about the damages found at arrival. Very convenient!! We have pictures, videos and correspondence to back our claims. They should not be able to operate in the US!!
