   Thankful

   I’ve used this company twice, once was Steve and jerry another time it was Steve and Preet. Both times they were careful with my belongings yet still managed to get the job done quickly. The stairs in my home were very awkward and the area is tight, somehow they did it. Price was good, their attitude was great, they came right on time. Job well done!

   Small house move.

   The Moving Guys are great at what they do. They did a move for my husband and I from south Etobicoke to Mississauga this past fall. My move required a king mattress to be hoisted down from our third floor bdrm. These guys worked from arrival to final item being offloaded. Our mattress was protected on the trip down, excellent work ethic and great chemistry between them. Would recommend them to anybody who needs a good mover.

   I moved on January 15 of this year with the Moving Guys. I'd like to thank Steve and crew for a terrific job. I moved last year and got terrible service from a big name mover. Now that I've found this company, I now don't have to stress whenever I move again. From the booking to follow up questions and throughout the move I received professional service. Best wishes and thanks again Steve.

   Local Toronto Move.

   A special thank to Mr. Charles and crew on a fantastic job of moving our home recently. Called to let me know they're 20 minutes late, but they surely made up for with their pace. I've had movers before but these guys were different. They had dressers and boxes tied to their backs, it was unnerving at first but was quite amazing to watch at the same time. Great job Steve. I've already recommended you to friends.

   House Move.

   The day of our move was pretty hectic as we had a same day closing as our buyers. GTA Moving Guys truly stepped up and worked as fast and efficiently as possible and we managed to have everything moved out by the evening so that the buyers could move into our home. They worked very hard and were extremely knowledgeable on organizing the furniture as well as how to secure the furniture. There were no mishaps or damages to any walls during the move. The guys were very friendly and co-operative. We truly appreciate all their hard work. We would recommend them for your next move and will also call them in the future if we move again. Pizza on us again guys!!

   Lack of Professionalism.

   I contacted this company early in the morning to ask if they could move my things on the same day. Steve seemed amused. He gave me a quote of 100$/hour for 2 guys that would be plus 1 hour for transportation. They could only make it for the evening. They showed up 2 hours late with only a 20 minute notice before the meeting time. My belongings were in a storage space I had rented. I had to pay extra to keep it open until Steve and his guy showed up. 3 of us helped them unload everything into the new location because they were so late. We finished only after 11pm. I had my young baby with me along with the grandparents. It was definitely not the most convenient. They worked for 2.25 hours and I had to pay them for 4 hours. No receipt was given to me. No proper greetings. When I asked to explain the breakdown of my balance, Steve was annoyed and stared at me. I did mention to him that I had to pay for their lateness and I would have appreciated an earlier notice so that I could take the necessary arrangements on my part. He didn't care less. The time and money I wasted because of their lack of professionalism did not matter to them but their time mattered!

   Lesson Learned.

   I used these guys last year and 1., they showed up about an hour later than planned, 2., they moved at snail pace carrying things like a floor lamp that probably weighs no more than 5lbs out one at a time, 3. finally, they over-charged saying that the move took longer than anticipated. On top of all of that, they also managed to nick a few of our furniture items. I'm about to move again and am checking reviews - staying away from these movers this time for sure!!

   Posting a review with absolutely no name? Hmm obvious fake review trying to tarnish our reputation. Which is a poor attempt. I've went back over all our work orders and there no moves completed to or from Milton that totaled $1450. We've been hour late to 2 jobs in the last year and none of them commence or terminate in Milton. Truly authentic reviews positive or negative are never posted without a name. I have emailed you to find out if you were truly a customer. Please provide a quote number. This will definitely be sent in for investigation.

   I hired GTA Moving Guys for a move from my old house to my new house on June 30, 2014.  They informed me that they would be at the house between 9:00 amd and 9:30am. By 10:15 they still had not shown up and when I tried calling they did not answer.  I then decide to check my email and what do you know.  Around 8:30 that morning they sent me an email saying they would not be coming because a few of their guys did not show up.   Talk about a panic.  Anyways I finally got myself moved with the help of friends and family by 10:00pm that night. I am also still waiting for my deposit back (ha).  I would never use these guys no matter what any review says because if they can do this once they could do it again an the next time it might happen to you.   Rob.
