Cross Country Disaster
We moved from NY to TX. Hall-Lane Moving in Commack, NY moved us. It was the worst experience of any company I've ever delt with. They have absolutely no customer service, I have talked to 10 people including Allied Corp. and I never get a call back. The driver tried to get us to pay him $453 on a fraudulent change order. . We have crated furniture in our garage for 4 months now that they wont uncrate because they say we didn't pay for uncrating! If we don't use their uncraters our insurance is voided. So many parts of furniture is missing...rails to a bed, no tv cables. They are terrible to work with!!!!
