   So wonderful.

   Could not have been happier. Great staff. No damages and even helped find the keys to the moving trailer when we lost them in all the craziness go moving. We choose this company based on others reviews and feel they certainly were the right choice.  The next move if any ..they will be called. We were pleased with the care and concern for our items and it was important to them that we were happy when it was all said and done!

   Best ever.

   Ramon and Juan were great.  I am a picky and hard customer to please as I have had bad moving experiences.  They were early, professional, packed my Uhaul great and I had a great experience.  I would use them again, if I had to.  They also did more than the originally agreed to scope of work, I can't say enough about this company.  Oh, I rarely give reviews like this.    .

   Outstanding - Amazing.

   4 Men showed up to unload out 26' Uhaul and the 12' Uhaul trailer - they were done and unloaded and placed the boxes and furniture in just the places we asked them - they even had to take the legs off our big desks to get them into our office area doorway and then put them right back on and set them exactly how we needed and wanted them.  Let me say this, as a disabled person and a husband with a bad back and neck surgery and back surgery the 4 gentlemen who arrived here were ready to work and they worked fast efficient and without making any walls. They were truly amazing - we will hire them again when we have to move.  Most definitely.  Thank you!

   They are THE BEST! Don't even think about using anyone else!

   I could not be happier with the entire experince working with Happy Moving! They were absolutely EXCELLENT in every way. Incredibly professional, fast, efficient, organized, they handled everything so well and carefully - as though it was their own! Not to mention they were so nice, thoughtful, and courteous! They made communicating with them so easy - phone, text, email - whatever was easiest for you they would respond to promptly and were always so helpful and nice! We even had to reschedule the moving time (delay with U-Haul picking up the boxes - we had shipped down U-Boxes from MN to FL, then Happy Moving picked up the Pods from U-Haul's place in Orlando and delivered and unloaded everything for us at our apartment building) and they made it all so easy.  They were helpful every step of the way. I can't thank them enough for doing such a fantastic job! And eliminating so much stress that can come with moving - especially across country. I will without question be using them the next time we move and have already recommended to everyone I know. Honestly, I wouldn't even think about using anyone else. I can't recommend them highly enough.  Very VERY happy customer! Thank you!

   Do Not Use This Company!!

   I hired them to load a Uhaul truck. DO NOT USE THEM. I had to call them and then they still were an hour and a half late. I was promised plastic wrap and a dolly. They came with nothing. They carried one box at a time. When it came to large furniture they refused to use my dolly and said they could moved it. They picked up my TV console by the two decorative side pieces and ripped the wood right off the top. I took pictures and called right away. They agree it is their fault. Every piece of furniture has some damage from the poor moving and packing. They put me wood furniture next to yard equipment and my washer and dryer. Even though they damaged all of my wood furniture and my frig I am only asking for money for the TV console. It had the worst damage and happened because they were picking it up without using a dolly. Four month later, I have a lot of text messages and emails back and forth. Each time they just put me off and still no money for the damage they caused. I contacted the BBB. They have an "F" rating. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND UNTRUSTWORTHY!!

   NOT Happy!!

   We used Happy Moving last year to move from a town house to a storage unit. The crew was very unprofessional and did damage to the wall and furniture. They sent one guy to do repairs to the walls and he managed to make it worst. We had to hired a different company to fix their mistake. After 3 months of trying to get reimbursed for our expenses they finally sent us a check. Little did we know that there was way more damaged to our furniture and appliances. My things have been in storage for a year and today we found out that they had just about managed to scratch and break even more. We are very upset.
