   Grateful we chose this company!

After an unhelpful experience elsewhere, I was nervous about choosing someone to handle our move. Chris took the time to address my concerns, which helped me feel more confident. We handled the packing of the boxes ourselves, and the team took care of the packing of our furniture, on both ends. A few scheduling details needed attention, but they worked with us to get them resolved. Thank you to Chris, Richard, and the trucking crews for your help throughout the move!

   They made it happen!

After getting very unfriendly and actually not very helpful "help" from Matson. I went looking for a different company. Once I filled out a moving form somewhere online I was then overwhelmed by contacts and offers!! I had no idea how to tell who was legitimate! I said as much on an email with Chris. He sent me to a website that reviewed multiple moving companies. I chose their company and am grateful I did. They had the container delivered, picked up, delivered at the other end and picked up again. We chose to do our own packing, but they did offer that as well. The trucking companies were professional, polite and helpful. When we did have some scheduling issues, and fears about shipping costs, due to politics, they were all worked out in a helpful and professional manner. Shout out to Steve, Chris, and Teddy. Thank you all very much.

Hawaii Moving Pros + Move Happy

Aloha! I had a super, wonderful positive experience with Hawaii Moving Pros + Move Happy! Hawaii Moving Pros exceeded client expectations. Mo and his team are attentive and responsive in their communications via phone conversations, emails and text messaging. Mo and his team of professionals are reputable and reliable in their moving services from start to finish. Mo and Nathan are patient in explaining the entire moving process which alleviated my anxious, worrisome energy because of a lifestyle change moving from a new state to relocate to my home state with their moving services again from my first move. At the start, Mo clearly explained everything to prepare for this move, following up with detailed information in email communications. If I had any questions or concerns, Mo and Nathan could be contacted via office call or mobile call for clarification. Over communicating was extremely beneficial and appreciated from a client perspective because Mo/Nathan efficiently and effectively resolved my inquiries to my complete satisfaction. Each of my boxes had a bright yellow label with a number and tracking barcode for a client to know the status of their belongings en route. I received text messaging for frequent updates which I appreciated to inform me. My cherished photos, sentimental, valuable belongings arrived at the destination on our agreed upon timeline. I highly recommend Hawai’i Moving Pros + Move Happy for the best customer care! Pro tip: please express your gratitude for all the movers with a generous gratuity! :) Mahalo! ?? to all the team members at Hawai’i Moving Pros, Move Happy + Ewa Movers for your professional coordination on my move. - Mo, Hawaii Moving Pros - Nathan, Hawaii Moving Pros - Isaac, Ewa Moving - Gregory, Move Happy - Joshua, Move Happy - Miguel, Move Happy

From Kailua Kona, Hawaii to California, Maine, and Oregon

Moving from a large family home in Kona to Oregon was the final step for me in emptying my house. My husband had passed away and I could no longer maintain a big house. I decided to move back to the mainland to be closer to family. My three children traveled to Kona for their final visits to our beautiful place and decide what heirlooms and other valuables they wanted to have shipped. Hawaiian Moving Pros was the best solution to three separate shipments to three different states. My move was the last shipment. Each time they sent very professional, friendly movers who were careful with packing paintings, wrapping furniture or large items in moving blankets, marking every box and item with name, address, and item number so that nothing would be lost. We were very impressed with how quickly they worked together, and how careful they were with everything. Each shipment was delivered to the destination we wanted, unloaded, and carefully placed. Edward Vallasenor from Hawaii was in touch with me every step of my move until to the delivery in Oregon. Migeul, from Los Angeles, has made sure everything was received in good shape in Oregon. I have already recommended HMP to my friends.

   Excellent Experience!

Hawaii Moving Pros were professional and very helpful for our move from Maui to Nevada. Michael and Richard were patient, kind and very helpful with the pricing, quote and payment process. Richard kept in contact throughout the whole process, answered many questions and helped with changes to the order up to the last day! The movers were professional, fun and very efficient! Tim and his daughter in Maui and Reuben who delivered in Nevada were top notch! They kept in contact and both arrived earlier than expected. They were fun and made the process great and easy! Our items arrived in great condition and no boxes or items were missing! I highly recommend Hawaii Moving Pros for a stress free, easy and affordable moving experience!

   Overall an excellent service .

We made out move from The Bay Area to The Big Island in Jan of 2026. These guys were great. Other companies wouldnt delivere directly to our home given its slightly off grid location . Not only did they deliver it but their guys were friendly brought it all in and put it where I wanted it. They then do a full inventory before leaving to ensure that you received every item. Everything was there nothing broken or damaged. I would Definitely recommend using these guys for your moves to hawaii.

   Mainland to Hawai`i

We used Hawaiian Moving Pros to ship our goods from California to the Big Island. I appreciated their communication and clarity from the very beginning to the end; from giving us our quote, setting up the move date, confirmation check-ins leading up to the move date, and update of our goods in transit and delivery. Estimate quotes and actual moving prices were very reasonable for our situation and amount of goods. Updates came through as phone calls and emails; very thorough and helpful. Their moving teams are friendly and professional. Pack out and delivery times were quick! We also used them for auto shipping for our Subaru Forester as well.

    Hassle-free Moving

Hawaiian Moving Pros did an amazing job with my local move on Oahu, from beginning to end. Great communication, keeping me updated every step of the process, from pre-move until completion. The team showed up on time, ready to work, and completed the move in the allotted time, true to the estimate I had received. The movers were friendly, and took care of my belongings, treating them as if they were their own. I highly recommend using Hawaiian Moving Pros.
