   They were awesome!

   Lisa was so easy to work with to book the move. The 4 men they sent were so nice and worked so quick. They wrapped all our furniture well and easily carried it down our two flight walk-up. Nothing was damaged and everything went really smoothly! Highly recommend these guys they're amazing.

   Moving from Manhattan to the Country.

   They were great. Arrived in the early part of the "arrive" estimate. Cheerful, energetic, professional. Entire 3-room apartment done and out in an hour and 20 minutes. Two hour drive, then the delivery. No damages anywhere, even a 5-foot mirror in a gigantic ornate frame. All items placed in desired locations. COULDN'T HAVE BEEN BETTER.

   High Touch Moving Systems.

   This was my first time hiring a moving company to move my furniture a newer but smaller apartment. I must tell you that Juan and his 2 man crew were the BEST!! They showed up on time (which was 9:00 am Sunday morning) and took care of the move 123 with no problems. The were friendly as well as totally professional. Not only did Juan really explain me all the details of the move but he took plenty of time to explain the move contract, price, etc. It really made the whole experience a joy..yes really! When all was said and done the best choice I made was choosing High Touch Moving Systems and great staff..Outstanding!

   Amazing.

   The four workers were extremely punctual (actually early, I saw them outside of my place around 8:30 as I was getting coffee, and recognized them when they came to my door). They didn't waste any time and worked as if they were not getting paid by the hour but by the quality of the work. They were accommodating, not difficult whatsoever, and they even threw in a box to speed up the process. I was extremely surprised when they were out of the first apartment within 30 minutes. By the time it was 11, everything was moved into the room and put together. This has been one of the easiest moves ever. Thank you so much for such great service.

   Outstanding customer service & move.

   I recently moved from Brooklyn to Queens and used High Touch upon the recommendation of a friend. They were very professional. Amanda in customer service was extremely thorough and polite, and told me exactly what I would need. High Touch delivered boxes to me upon my request.  I had not moved in 5 years and was moving from a walk-up to another walk-up and was very stressed out about the whole move. She gave me an estimate for four men in order for the move to be quick and efficient, but five men arrived the day of the move, at no extra charge.  I'll admit, High Touch is a bit more expensive than some movers I've used, but worth the extra money because they are so fast and accommodating. They arrived at 9 am sharp and delivered everything to my new place in Queens by 2pm. They even got rid of an old bed I did not want to take with me, and even helped us set up new HDTVs. The movers were friendly and professional. There was a billing error at the end of the the move, but Moses, the sales manager, was kind enough to refund the overcharge to me the very next day.  I will definitely use High Touch Moving System the next time I move. They are great! Please use this great company if you are moving.

   The worst!

   DO NOT USE unless you love aggravation! Rude and disrespectful. They came to my house to pick up our stuff. After they were done, I saw they dented my wall coming down the stairs, hoping I wouldn’t notice. Then one of them uses the bathroom, and I find pee on the seat and floor! Disgusting pigs. My husband wasn’t going to tip them at all, but did anyway. Then the main guy had the nerve to ask if he could give more. Then they finally arrive at our new place with many, many damaged boxes and contents, with some water damaged. Expensive drum set cases were soaked. All of them said fragile on them, in big letters! They destroyed a weight bench, ripped down the middle. One of the bed’s wooden platform that holds up the bed was broken off. Picture frames were broke. And to top it all off, my husband’s brand new tool box that cost thousands was completely destroyed. It came off the truck like it was thrown to the floor a few times. There were dents and scratches everywhere. The bottom drawer couldn’t even open anymore. We called and called and no-one picks up the phone on a Saturday! Then don’t deliver on Saturdays! So we had no choice but to pay them or they wouldn’t leave the stuff. Finally get a hold of someone on Monday, only for them to put us off. Once they got back to us, we had to put in a claim. Months later they had the nerve to offer us $400.We spent over $10,000 on this move! Horrendous people!

   This is a scam company.All the five star reviews you read here are bought. I am a person who don't normally write reviews, but they lied to me, several of my furnitures were damaged and they lost several of my valuable boxes containing important documents which cannot be replaced. They told me they wouldn't change trucks and they did and as a result I lost many of my valuables. This company don't care about you or your personal property and they care about your money only. Please don't hire these people. Please don't make the mistake I made. They laugh at you and have no sentiments. I would give them negative stars if I could.

   Scam

   Scam company. Stay away. They lied to me, mislead me, ruined my furniture and over charged me. Please stay away. I should have read the reviews first. They told me that they would not change trucks and they changed twice and a few of my boxes are missing too. Stay away please. They buy reviews and that's why they have a lot of reviews. Scam, Scam, scam.

   Worst Moving Company / Hire AYOR.

   Most Unprofessional moving company. They keep moving the schedule and wanted you to adjust to their availability after booking your move. The movers are the same - unprofessionals. Used the customers bathroom which should be a No No. Damage to furnitures/electronics but going around circles to get info. Hire AT YOUR OWN RISK.

    AVOID at all costs.

    Avoid, avoid, avoid at ALL costs! I've never had such a terrible experience with movers. First, the quote I was given and told be to the "total price, period" was $208 more expensive than the price I paid once the movers arrived. As they packed my small amount of belongings into boxes, I was told each box would cost $20. The the head mover deiced to only charge me $15 per box since I mentioned that he didn't tell me about this charge before they started boxing up my stuff. Not a big deal, but not a great start to the move. He also mentioned that I needed to tip in cash so he wouldn't have to pay taxes on the tip. We were told they charge by the hour with a four hour minimum, and with three movers and a small amount of stuff the move should've taken 4 hours max. One of the three movers stayed in the truck the entire time, not once did he move a single box. As they other two movers were unpacking my apartment, they filled the small living space with all of my boxes, leaving no room for my couch. After filling my apartment with my bed frame, mattress and boxes, the head mover said that my box spring and couch would not fit up the stairs. I went down to inspect and suggested he take the small legs off of the couch to try to get it to fit, but he refused and said it wound't fit no matter what. I questioned how he could get both the bed frame and the mattress up the stairs but not the box spring, and I was told he was the professional, not me, and that it wouldn't fit. The head mover also told me that if we left the box spring outside of the apartment complex, the city would fine the apartment. At this point, I realised I had paid nearly $1,000 for nothing, since the only two large pieces of furniture I had were not going to make it up to my apartment. Needless to say I didn't tip, and the mover left the box spring out side of the building despite the fact that he had just informed me that we would get a fine if the box spring was left outside. The movers decided to take my couch that "wouldn't fit' with them, without my verbal content. After calling and speaking a mangers to complain about this terrible experience,the manager said that he would send over a new crew of guys to try to fit the items up the stairs again (impossible, my furniture is now gone) but they if the movers could fit my furniture up the stairs this time, I would have to re-pay the moving company. I wondered why the manager suspected that my furniture could magically fit the second time when his own movers were so adamant that nothing would fit up the stairs. All in all, this company didn't complete the job, they took my couch without my verbal consent, they refused to help me come up with a solution and then they suggested I pay them a second time if they could fit my stuff up the stairs, which they should've been able to do the firs time. I will be perusing further action again this company since they refuse to refund me any money for a job that was not completed. Avoid, at all costs.
