   Terrible movers.

   I would definitely avoid them. Great to work with before they have your money but afterwards is when the nightmare starts. Started off by changing my moving date by several days which wouldn’t be a big deal except that I was flying back on specific days for this move. Once they had my stuff it was impossible to schedule to get it delivered. They kept changing their availability and cancel on me. Once I finally did get my stuff I was missing a ton of stuff. I’m pretty sure they straight up stole my Xbox and several items. When I tried to find out what happened to my stuff with even their own packing list and drivers agreeing they pretty much ghosted me. This was about 4 years ago and I still remember this terrible experience vividly.

   Did Not Pay for Damages.

   DO NOT use this company! I used them last summer and had a terrible experience. I started looking for movers by filling out online requests. The owner of the company, Bobby, emailed me in response to my online request. Although I received calls from other companies, I selected Hollywood Moving and Storage because of their guaranteed low prices and because they were licensed, insured and bonded. After doing business with this company, I quickly discovered why it's not worth it to take the cheap route. Moving Day: The two movers arrived on time and ready to work. They loaded the truck quickly and efficiently. I have no complaint about the initial service. The delivery was simply OK. They were sloppy and lazy with the unloading, but nothing alarming. However, within 30 minutes after the movers left my new place, I noticed that my flat screen TV had a crack in it. I immediately called the company and eventually received a response from Bobby. Filling an Insurance Claim: At first Bobby seemed professional, and I felt like he would resolve my issues without delay. After several emails, I ended up NEVER receiving compensation and Bobby eventually stopped responding to my messages. Please see attached photos of email correspondence. Another Note: The movers also broke my bed frame. I didn't notice until after a few days, but never bothered to add this to my claim.

   Worse Company Ever.

   They were all sweet when I was getting estimates but after that they would not return my calls or emails. They kept a large framed item about 36 x 48 on their truck. One time the manager said they would return it but no one has come by and I have emailed them about 30 times in the last 3 months. They will NEVER answer the telephone so I can't even speak with them. I should have checked Yelp before using them, it tell you how horrible and unprofessional they are.

   Negative Experience.

   Totally agree with Michael. Had a negative experience as well. My initial impression was a good one however. Like Ellie said their employee Vicky, whom I recieved an initial quote from was professional and respectful. That was the extent of it however. The movers worked in complete opposite fashion from her. They went on to contradict what she told me and were careless. That was the case with the movers and also managment.

   Horrible serivce and lack of accountability.

   **BE VERY CAUTIOUS** watch his reponce and how he will try to say otherwise, he does it on almost all reviews. Messed up delivery dates I called holleymood moving and storage 15 days prior to when I needed my things to be delivered (oct. 2nd). They told me great and would call me back to schedule a time. I did not hear from them so I called them on the oct 1st (recorded both calls). He said that the 2nd was now marked as earleist delivery date (which was my no later than date) but its actually going to be an additional 2 - 10 business days until I get my things delivered. The guys name is Bobby Williams and I belive he is the GM. I told him I needed a date and time, and he refused to give me one. I could of had my things delivered before the 2nd but they never called as they were supposed to. Bobby was very rude and condescening like he enjoyed hearing my pain. he did not twll me when I will recieve a call, he still didn't give me a date. he just kept trying to teach me about logistics and not own up to the ball he dropped. this happened at pick up time as well, they never gave me a call back so I would have to call right before pickup to ensure they were there on time. Also during pickup, the employees said they want to work very slow because they get paid by the hour. I said whatever that's fine I got all day. Dont take it just from me..look at every other review on google and yelp.
