   Christina help me find a great apartment in Frisco. I cannot thank her enough. She was patient with me through out my apartment search. She sent a list of properties, I toured them, picked the one I wanted and she also paid for a 2 Hour move for me. Definitely coming back when my lease is up.

   I was first of all impressed with the fact that I received a phone call in response to my quote request when other companies simply responded via email. The pricing was great and the crew that dispatched for the move was professional and timely. I above all appreciated their great attitude and demeanor. Very polite and honest in the fact that it would take more than one trip to make the move. Not what I wanted to hear but was grateful for the real expectation that was set up front. Overall the guys worked hard and I never doubted for a second that they were giving me maximum effort which as a customer paying by the hour means everything. I was promised prompt, professional, reliable service at a great price with no hidden charges and that's EXACTLY what I got. Truly am grateful to know that I've found a mover I can trust in the future.

   Bad Move.

   I thought the company was going to be very good at first the supervisor came to help the other guys move me from my old apartment but didn't come to the new apartment that's well all hell broke loose there was 3 guy 1 guy was being very unprofessional the other 2 guys were ok. I had a lot of damage stuff there was a hole in my couch my dyer had a dent on the side of it also several glasses broken but I didn't care about all of those things. As I was unpacking last night I notice that I has a box missing I knew off the bat they stole this box it was the only box that was not taped down it had a lid to go over it. This box is worth a lot of money it had xbox games and the kinect sensor also some dvd movies inside this box Im fight to get this stuff back now because it does belong to me it belong to my kid which is the bad part because I don't know what to say to her when she ask for it.
