   Horrible. Worse than horrible. Charged over $14,000 to move 3 bedrooms & a kitchen. Tried to charge us more. Said the truck was 32 feet but I’m a mover & knew it wasn’t so I went to measure the truck & it was only 26 ft. Tried to charge us for 32 ft truck. Also they came with a printed out paper predetermined that they were going to use $500 worth of boxes when everything was already boxed. Didn’t even show up on our move out date; we had to push walk through & closing back 3 days!!!!! Scheduled 1-2 months ahead of time. During this time they changed their initial quote from $3,700 to over $14,000!?! Dragged out the hours by putting everything out front of the house & then putting it in. Been a mover for over 4 years & never saw anyone do a move like that. & then didn’t even pack to the top of the truck when they charge by sq ft! By the time they delivered they sent only 2 people who they hired from Craigslist & they then broke my toolbox dropping it out of the truck & found a mirror broke wooden jewelry box broke & a few other big pieces. Total unprofessional movers but professional schemers. Can’t warn anybody enough, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Break your stuff charge you as much as they can before you notice & don’t even follow contractual obligations. Worst company ever. Would’ve given 0 stars if I could.

   Imperial Movers - Beware With Them!!1.

   Today on 16/09/16 I had a big truck coming from NJ to delivered in FL . First, we were told that our stuff will take 2 weeks to arrived, this is understandable since we were just sent 30 boxes. When they arrived in NJ to picked the boxes: the first action they took was to make us sign a contract before they gave us a chance to read through it !! ( first catch) Then we realize that they started with malicious act, after the boxes were loaded on the truck they made us pay extra money for the tolls which were not told when we agreed over the phone as to how much we were paying for the job!! We tried to contacted Mario (which was our contacted person while setting up this service ) but severals time that we tried were not successful and were even told that this person was no longer available to assist us with any issues? To him. For the final and the worst of all, when they truck arrived in FL they proceed the same way, the driver come up with the papers to be signed and get paid before doing anything, we feel that's not right but we agreed with it signing the work order until we were told that cash and money order were the only form of payment accepted, we were ready to pay via credit card the same way that we made the first half of the total payment. We were contacted by someone by the office that was very rude and aggressive and in a threatening manner. Be very careful when dealing with this company ( bad experience) !
