   Fast and easy transportation

   This was the best experience I've had with a moving company and I've worked with a lot of moving companies. They were quick to respond, they showed up right on time, and worked quickly and efficiently, which helped save on total cost.

   Had an awesome experiencewith this team -super reliable and crazy efficient . They helped me sort out a storage space. I've been avoiding for months, packed everything neathly, wrapped the furniture, and make the whole process feel effortless.

   “Great moving company! They’re a carrier, not a broker, which made the whole experience straightforward and reliable. I booked with Alex, who kept everything clear from start to finish. They moved my two‑bedroom apartment from Nashville, TN to Fort Lauderdale, FL, and the entire process was exactly as promised. I called several times to adjust my inventory and even shifted my projected move dates twice — every change was handled quickly and at no extra cost. In the end, I actually paid less than my original quote because I decided to give my couch to my neighbors. Not only did the crew help me move it to their apartment for free, they also removed it from the item list, reduced the total cubic footage, and adjusted the price accordingly — and I don’t really think that’s something most moving companies would do. No damages, fair pricing, friendly team, and always on time. Huge thanks to Sergey and Gerrick for the great work. I’ll definitely use this company again. Highly recommended!”

   Bad service and rude

   We were assigned Just Pro Moving by a broker, Dedicated Van Lines. They showed up late in a way smaller rental truck and left us with a quarter of our things still at our house and having to find another moving company. They did not wrap all our furniture, did not protect our floors and threw their garbage everywhere. It cost us an additional $4400 to get another moving company to finish the work. They do not act in good faith and all our attempts to come to an amicable solution were rebuffed. The company that does their adjustment for the damages is no help and does not even care about the customer having to pay extra because of the mover’s inability to get the correct truck. Save yourself having to go after them legally and go with another company. If you do go with them make sure you have plenty of documentation because you are going to need it to go to court.

   Worst Moving Company

   Avoid at all costs. They pretend to be a large company but I talked to same person each time. Some of my items were damaged and stained but I know to not waste my time. They could not have cared less about me as a customer. Guy purposefully delayed my delivery because I pissed him off due to his condescending attitude toward me. And lastly the guys who came to pickup and deliver furniture could not speak English well and had to constantly tell them the same information. JUST AVOID!!!!!

   I had a lot of damage to my items and several items were missing I have not had any luck with restitution for move. I would not recommend this company. I have had a lot of trouble with contacting someone to assist me with damages and missing items.
