   Do Not Use k And t Movers From Garland.

   Do not use this company. They are slow and careless with your items. They stacked heavy boxes on top of boxed marked fragile and also tossed the same fragile boxes around. When brought to their attention, they claimed they were not responsible since they didn't pack them. They also damaged items and won't reply to emails or phone calls about the damage. STAY AWAY.

   Worst Experience in a Move EVER.

   I strongly recommend that you do NOT hire K and T moving services. My wife found them online and they will quote you a reasonable rate. That is where the service stops. Two guys showed up to move a three bedroom, three bathroom, 1850 square foot town home. That is not nearly enough manpower in my opinion and the truck that they brought was not the one that was advertised and it ended up not being big enough. Big Sean was great. His partner was not. Several vases were completely broken in the move, our dryer was literally dropped onto the floor and dented in several places because of this, both our bicycle frames were damaged (because they were jammed into an overflowing truck) and an antique record player was damaged as well. This was just the beginning. When you contact them about the damages, they say that they have a ninety day waiting period to respond. Then they will give you the run-around on how they want to fix the damages. They sent a handy-man over (which was another story in itself about scheduling his visits) but he was not able to fix all of the damages. The vases were destroyed. Literally shattered into several pieces. How is he going to fix that? They will not answer the phone. They will not call you back when you leave a message. They will not return an email. We moved in March and it is now October and I am still fighting to get the damages mentioned above properly addressed. I hope they see this review. This is no way to run a business or treat customers. I would NEVER use them again and I highly suggest that you find someone else to handle your moving needs because K and T Moving Services will do a terrible job.

   The Move.

   I was recommended to this moving service by someone who had used them before. The price was in my budget so I said, what the heck go for it! When the movers arrived and I signed my paperwork, before he could even get in my apartment good he told me that they accept tips (Cash only). There was a list of things I asked them to move, but they left some of them and I had to end up taking them to my new place on my own. Then they left one of the bolts to my bed frame at the old place and the whole bed fell apart. When I called they guy who moved it..he got an attitude and sent me to his voicemail. I ended up finding the bolt and they sent a different mover to fix it but when the 1st set of movers took the frame apart they ripped the wood causing it to be loose now I have to purchase a new bed frame. I was not satisfied and I will never use them as movers again. The cost for my new bed frame will be more than what I paid to move and it is not worth it.
