   Stay away, failed customer service

   Kloke Group will not answer emails nor phone calls, will avoid settlement of claims at all costs. Military customers should stay away. My claim has been pending for 8 months, even though they acknowledged their responsibility for damages.

   Kloke placed part of our household goods into storage (20 miles from the pick-up destination). We are a Military family and have experienced several moves and used many moving companies and Kloke is the worst. They did not use packing material when packing boxes so numerous items were broken. They packed pictures together in the same box, without packing material so the glass was broken and one of the prints was an antique. I filed a claim and they sent the $1K check but the check bounced - insufficient funds. Avoid them at all cost!

   They STEAL Your Stuff and Won't honor your claim!

   They stole major items from me while I was on deployment and my stuff was in long term storage. MILITARY BEWARE!! Don't put your HHG in long term storage with them. The people who answer the phone will give you the run around until they see your claim is due then give you the information. Then they won't pay for your claim. I filed a claim with the BBB and they didn't respond to them. Awful company for storage and customer service. They also didn't fix the items they broke when moving my stuff in. Don't use this company!!

   The kloke Group, Manassas, VA, Desecrated my Wife's Family Bibles.

   We paid a premium to have the Kloke Group out of Manassas, VA., United Van Lines move our furniture/belongings, and in order to maximize their profit they used day laborers who had little to no training on how to pack or take care of anything. The Kloke Group is run by Dan H. VP Operations who does not return phone calls or respond to any e-mails. He is useless. The Kloke Group and United Van Lines destroyed most of our life long furniture and belongings. However, the heartbreak and most disturbing is what the Kloke Group and the day laborers brought to us is having four (4) generations of my Wife's Bibles desecrated by being wrapped in two smelly (Smells of urine ) blankets from Ware's Van & Storage of Vineland, NJ.Then they were dumped in a very old trunk. These blankets were brought into our home by the Kloke Group. What is disturbing is that the Bibles where in our Library some sixty five (65) from where the trunk was in our guest bedroom. How did this happen? The Kloke Group hired some very mentally sick day laborers who did this. When we confronted the Kloke Group, and United Van Lines out of Fenton, MO about this they just ignored this and every other complaint like it never happens. Never, an apology, about anything, just lies and more lies from all of them. We have many pictures taken of our home in VA by a professional photographer, and pictures of what our furniture and belongings looks like after the Kloke Group and United Van Lines destroyed them. What happened to us in our move, we would never like to see it happen to YOU!!

   Worst Move Ever.

   Do not use this company to move your possessions.  They damaged numerous things, they stole jewellery, they were understaffed and ill prepared for the move.  Our stuff ended up on the front porch at 10 pm as 3/4 of the movers went home at noon.  They did not honor their comittment, nor did they honor their full value replacement insurance that we paid for.  They lied at almost every step of the way.  If you have to use Kloke, my advice would be to take your dtuff out of the house and burn it in a big pile.  Your stuff will be in better shape than if Kloke moved it, and you won't have had to swim through the slime balls at Kloke.
