   I can not say how thankful I am for this company. 100% professional. And like I said 5 star experience. Honest and fair!!!! That is my biggest take away! I have passed their information on to my realtor hopefully will generate more business for them Hats off to Shawn and Diallo for the best experience in a stressful time Thank you again!

   Shaun & Diallo are horrible business men. Diallo called me 30 minutes prior to the time scheduled for my move to let me know the truck was down & it would take hours before they could come. The men, Tommie & Marcus, that showed up were nice but they were very slowly moving items out of the two bedroom apartment, which took them an entire 2 hours to do. They also couldn’t complete the job because of an error on Shaun & Diallo’s part. I was told by Diallo that the clock was not running while they sorted it out but clearly Shaun was not told this & was a complete butt about it & wanted to charge me for the entire time, to figure out the error on their part. I was extremely understanding during the time that they were having the truck issue and I had to wait but they were not helpful & literally just kept wanting more money out of me. After not agreeing to pay more, they would not finish the job of putting my beds back together so now my child & I have to figure this out in order to sleep comfortably tonight. If you are a single black mother, don’t book with them because apparently this is a normal thing for them to do; take advantage and/or not complete their jobs. Nothing good is going to come your way if this is your normal business practice. Do better.

   Damage to Property

   Walls dented, took over 8 hours to move three rooms, & hit my brick mailbox with their truck. Both driver and owner acknowledged fault and said they would take care of. Over four weeks later and no resolution. I would not trust this company.

   Liberty Pro Moving - Packing and Storing

   This company was so unprofessional. There were not enough movers, they were inexperienced and took forever to move us costing us more money. They damaged some furniture and our wall and refused to pay for the repair. They sent us a nasty email saying we were trying to scam them after requesting reimbursement for the damage.
