   Ask for Jordan’s Team

   I requested help with move of heavy boxes filled with books and sectional couch and queen bed a dresser and several bookcases and entertainment center and “Jordan’s team” of three young men were fantastic and reasonably priced. I had no issues and they arrived on time and were efficient and friendly. Highly recommend using this company and ask for Jordan’s team!

   Efficient and Careful Professionals

   The crew is exceptional. Greg, Marco, and Tyler are the best movers we’ve ever had. We had a full bedroom set, a large dining table with chairs, and several pieces of living room furniture that included a very large and awkwardly shaped couch. They had to move our giant couch down four flights of stairs and then up three (very tight) flights of stairs. It took some creativity and a lot of strength to get it up those stairs. All our furniture was moved without damage and set up exactly as we wanted it in our new place. The entire move was done in just 2 hours; they didn’t drag their feet or try to run up the clock. They were efficient and careful professionals that brought a light hearted spirit to what is often a very stressful occasion. 10/10 would recommend - we even asked for business cards at the end of the move to share with friends. We will be using Matt’s Moving Company for all our future moves.

   This was the second time I used this company. They did not disappoint. They were on time, polite, introduced themselves . We developed a game plan, they were efficient at the work. This move was under budget. The communication from the initial call to the end of the move was outstanding. Highly recommend Matt’s Movers.

   A QUICK move

   The movers were awesome! It only took 3 hours to move from one apartment and drive a half an hour and unload into the new apartment! They knew what they were doing and were very fast. They were professional and friendly! I would highly recommend them. We will use them again!

   We highly recommend Matt’s Moving. From the initial phone call though delivery, they were friendly, professional and very concerned that we would be getting the best service at the lowest price. Justin and his moving team were amazing, battling winter weather to pick up our stuff from 2 locations and store it for us until we were able to drive to our new home in Texas. When they met us there (on time ), they worked quickly and tirelessly to unload everything and put together furniture. Nothing missing, nothing broken. Through a difficult move, they always found a solution for every problem that came up. Fantastic people, fantastic company. The only issue? Sherri in the office was, sadly and surprisingly, unhelpful and non-communicative after the move when I had a question about the final invoice.

   Fantastic movers! Great experience!

   I’ve used Matt’s Movers several times and have recommended them to people. ALWAYS a great experience. Their moving teams are friendly and efficient, get to work and get it done fast and efficient. It helps if you are organized and ready to go the day of your move. I don’t expect a moving company to be waiting around on me while I still pack. You pay them to move you, not wait around while you pack your belongings. Matt’s is highly professional, has great crews and gets the job done fast. Highly recommend.

   Don't waste your time, find some other movers, not worth the headache

   I would not recommend them!! The movers were fantastic, however, the office staff were not in communication with me about the movers running late and eventually they stopped answering the phone. They close at 5:30pm (per office staff) and stopped answering my calls at 5pm. I would give customer service zero stars if I could, and the movers five stars. I also had items for them to haul away to recycle (junk removal). Find some other company to go with. Don't give yourself the headache of going with Matt's.

   Bad move

   I’ve been dealing with them FOR 6 MONTHS, trying to get repairs done!! They were highly recommended by a friend, but my experience was awful. My start time was changed twice on moving day, then they were an hour and a half late anyways. Ten boxes marked basement were left in the garage. Supposedly they wrap furniture in blankets, but my new dining table was damaged, including on the top, where it can’t be just sanded and finished. My table top needs to be REPLACED! I’ll go to court if necessary!!

    Likely stolen boxes labeled 'Wine'.. many damaged items.

    Moved 9/11. Guys were slow as fuck. Paid hourly they told me. I couldnt get them to fucking work. Took 12 hours and they complained about needing to be at work the next day. Will be reviewing legal action. 200 characters are not needed here. Get a different service.
