   5-star company! When we had to pack and move the belongings of a recently dead loved one halfway across the nation, the team helped us get through a very trying moment. I wholeheartedly suggest them. Loved them!

   My new apartment has a narrow, winding staircase that made me nervous about moving my furniture. These movers came to the rescue! They sent a surveyor beforehand to measure the staircase and plan the moving route. On moving day, they worked together flawlessly, using straps and dollies to navigate the tricky corners without a scratch on the walls or furniture. They even used furniture sliders to protect the hardwood stairs from any damage.

   Absolute best choice

   Terrific handling of my newly bought oven by the moving crew. They had every inch of the oven secured in double layers of wrapping. After delivering it, they even helped me lift it and placed in the kitchen. I cannot be more thankful for all their assistance! I recommend them highly!

   Our movers were Great.

   Thanks to this company, my move from the basement to my new home garage went well. Working with dedicated and fun-loving staff was a breeze and relaxing. It was challenging, but the boys managed to get a king-size bed up from the basement, disassemble it, and wrap it in moving blankets for safe delivery.

   Superb in every respect

   Four of the people I interviewed gave me advice to the contrary, but I have no regrets about going with Metro Hop Relocation LLC. We completed the project ahead of schedule and under budget, outperforming our more well-known rivals. They performed a fantastic job of making sure my belongings were protected. Maxwell and his team deserve all of the praise.

   Monumental experience!

   I would like to work with Metro Hop Relocation again because of the excellent job they did. I just can't sing their praises loudly enough. They were with me whole time and moved me from SC to NY. I was little worried from inside because I was moving to another house for the first time but everything went well.

   Quoted me 4400 and my final bill was 9,300 but get this, it gets better. They insisted on reboxing certain items or certain things being put into a box and those items went missing and unable to be tracked. Literally uncharged us 5,000 to steal thousands of dollars of our stuff. DO NOT HIRE STAY AWAY. don’t bother calling customer service either, it’s a total joke.

   Fake reviews

   All high reviews are fake, they will upcharge you day of way past when the cancellation window is available basically holding u at gunpoint. Had a quote for 3.8k ish and day of movers were saying they wanted 6k because the estimate the company gave me is nowhere near. They ended up leaving when I asked to talk with the company then the next Monday the company told me I wasn't getting my money back no matter what. She said my estimate could change in the contract but, I gave them an itemized list of items and their estimate determined 400 cubic ft, the movers said they needed 800 doubling the price day of. They get you in with a low estimate that they randomly determine based on ur list of tiem, then when moving time comes they then decide a real estimate almost doubling the price. Then they will not do refunds under any circumstances if it is past 3 days since u signed. Lady told me even if they didn't show up they would not give a refund. Look them up u will see hundreds of similar stories. Do not give them business

    Metro hop are scammers

    Said when going interstate it's by weight not by items. After they had a 1700$ deposit. They wait their scam 3 days then bait and switch and start coming up with every dumb scam to charge you more money. 1000s of dollars for the simplest of moves. Absolute scammers.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL!
