   Mid America Movers, nothing but quality

   I appreciate attention to detail and that is exactly what I got with Midamerica Movers. Ever since my first call with Moses I knew mid America movers were a quality moving and i trusted them to take care of my possessions which they did. My move was a but tricky because some of the items were being delivered right away and the rest going to storage for a little, mid American movers were extremely organized and everything went smoothly. The crew led by junior was very well instructed and labeled and the loaded the items concisely and carefully and all the items made it with no damages or hiccups. Considering the size of the move I expected some accidents or breakage but they pulled it off effortlessly.

   Earned my business for life

   Divorce is hard . So when I had to figure out how to move my stuff in a tumultuous situation having professional movers was paramount. I got several bids for my move but I was impressed with how Moses was so attentive and sensitive to my situation . He took my move by the reins and handled it expertly from start to finish. The men were patient at the pick up which was convoluted because my exwife was hovering over the thr entire time as we split up our household items Mid America was a class act. Much gratitude

   I’m so thankful of This company getting my belongings from Chicago to beautiful Georgia safely. I’m a single mom and they were the most reasonable choice for me at the time I’m so thankful for Mid-America movers I definitely recommend them A+++

   Fast and efficient.

   I had to move out fast, without a place to move in. I didn't know what to do and how. Thank Gods for Mid America Movers!!! Guys worked till 11pm to get me and my kids out and stored our belongings for almost 6 weeks without charging newly single mother. Delivery was done by a different team, but they were equally professional, such a nice guys, especially Ian. (Personal note to Mid America Movers: If I'll have to move again, I'm only using You guys. Thank YOU ALL very much for everything.)

   The best company ever!!!

   I moved a lot, sometimes on my own, sometimes with moving company. I honestly have to say, these guys were the best I ever seen. On this move nothing was lost, nothing was damaged. No nonsense very professional. Recommend it to anyone.

   Well worth the money

   I was going to do Pods at first for my move but after speaking with Anthony at Mid America Movers he pointed out the damages I could suffer from loading items with unskilled labor and the amount being saved was minimal when taking into account all the extra cost of Pods like getting moving blankets , buying tape which is so expensive and hiring labor to load up my belongings . I was very happy with the out come of the move when delivery came and the guys unloaded and set up all our beds and furniture in the new home just leaving us to unpack boxes. Excellent service and well worth the money

   HORRIBLE COMPANY

   We contracted for a move from Conyers GA Somerset KY. They never showed up and have never refunded our deposit. When charge was disputed they claim I was unavailable the day of the move. TOTAL LIE. I wound up having to rent a uhaul last minute to move my father. They ignored over 15 emails and over 50 calls. I still have never received a response. Save yourself time, money, and stress. Check out their yelp reviews too. Alos, per Florida Secretary of State they change their name regularly.

   Would Not Recommend

   I would not use this company again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else. For anyone moving in or out of an apartment, watch out for elevator fees, stair fees, and long-carry fees. My initial estimate was $2,500 (including $75 for the elevator at my apartment and $200 for the stairs at my new apartment); however, by the end of the moving process $1,000 had been added for long-carry and the same stairs. Additionally, my movers lost a shelf and damaged my ottoman. I submitted a claim within the month I moved (September 2021), and they said they had until January 28, 2022 to process the claim. I still hadn't received my check on March 22, 2022 and called Customer Support. They claim was processed on January 30, 2022. Despite my address being correct in the confirmation email, the check was sent to the incorrect address. They promised to send a new check out that week. Two week later I still have not received my check. I called Customer Support again, but this time they hung up on me and disconnected the line. Lesson learned. I'll never use Mid-America Movers again.

   Worst service

   This is one of the worst mover company who cheated and tried to earn as much as they can do. Their manager and staffs are very rude and not responding. They first give me quotation of $1740 for 1bhk from NJ to TN and during pickup they revised bill almost double and told that I don’t need to pay the additional cost and took my signature at late night. They hold my stuff and started saying I have to pay now $3239 and ultimately they deliver it with most of items I. Damage condition and all good item stolen after paying almost double of my cost. My advise is to never take this mover company for your future household move.

    Horrible/Terrible company

    Horrible, terrible and what not, stay away from this company! they will keep your items on storage and vanish! They will never deliver! Customer will end up in paying storage fee as well if you want your items. Customer will lose money, effort and too much stress to work with this company. Many bad words to say on this company, stay away from this company
