Not dependable
[NAME EDIT], the owner, sounded so positive on the phone and he was quick to confirm details and remit an invoice (due upon arrival of the movers) that I thought we were going to have a great experience. Moving day cam and no one showed up, we called the people that were supposed to come...nothing, we called [NAME EDIT]...nothing. It has been several days and even though I left voicemails and texts for [NAME EDIT], still nothing. Moving is hard and you need dependable people. Don't count on these guys!
