Poor customer service
It has been 33 days pass the time we were due to receive our stuff! Original date of receipt was supposed to be April 10th. Today is May 13 . So far all we get is a runaround from all of the crew that answer the phone and nobody seems to be able to answer any questions! This move is costing us $ 16,000 and all they can offer for being late is a $30 per day credit! Nothing but a headache so far and still no stuff!
