   These guys are simply the best!

   These guys are simply the best! They’ve moved me twice over the past four years, and every time they’ve been professional, punctual, friendly, and trustworthy. My belongings were handled with great care, and I was especially impressed with how well my items were packed—everything, including the tempered glass, arrived safely! I’ll definitely use their services for my next move!

   Extremely efficient and helpful! They arrived on time, quickly disassembled and reassembled all the furniture without causing any damage. They even assembled another bed we had brought to the apartment earlier. I would highly recommend them!

   Moving Fellows did a fantastic job with our move. We did most of the pack preparation but as always, there is a lot to do with a move and the team was very helpful with the finishing touches. They disassembled the bed, wrapped all of our furniture and moved everything in 1 trip. We expected 2 truckloads but Moving Fellows knows how to pack a truck really well and managed to move us in about 4-5 hours. I highly recommend giving Ben a call and at least asking for a quote. Remember that if you do receive quotes from other companies a lower price could mean a couple of things. 1. Be worried because your stuff may be thrown around or damaged without proper wrapping and care or 2. there may be extra fees not mentioned on the initial quote. For any company to accurately quote you, they must come by and see your place or at least send pictures to them of the entire house.

   YOU GUYS: Please trust me when I say this is easily the BEST moving company there is. Honestly. Ben and his team were incredible from start to finish. We booked a move a few weeks in advance, and Ben was incredibly detailed and asked specific questions so there were no surprises on move day. He was thoughtful, concise and detailed and very considerate of my time and costs. We moved locally but had a LOT of stuff, and his team were absolutely amazing. They moved quickly, didn't waste any time and were SO efficient. There was no damage to anything they moved, and Ben even took the time to do a walkthrough with us at both locations. We felt well cared for during the entire process. Thank you Ben and team! We couldn't have done it without you.

   You guys rock!!!

   I can't say enough good things about Ben and his team. They came in and completely packed me on one day and completely moved me. The care they took in packing was stellar. Bubble and paper wrapped kitchenware, plates, dishes, etc. The move was methodical and well orchestrated. Ben also arranged for my TVs to be dismounted and remounted from an outside source. He is also the only mover I've had who could deal with my Sleep Number bed. Price: his pricing was more than fair and reasonable, especially considering the effort he and his guys put in to moving my things. If you need movers, this is the team! I would absolutely call him again. You should go straight to him for moving needs. Don't even consider anyone else. He is the best! Thanks, Ben, and your excellent team. You guys rock!!!

   DO NOT HIRE MOVING FELLOWS

   I had the unfortunate experience of hiring moving fellows and I truly wish I would have gone with any other moving company. First of all I was quoted $450 for my move which included 1 moving truck and 2 movers. I was only moving .5 mile down the street and from a small apartment. The estimate accounted for the movers and 3 hours of move time. Without any notice or explanation 3 movers showed up with the truck causing the price of my move to jump to $730. Thanks for the heads-up Moving fellows. The movers hired for the job were highschool age and extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate with my belongings and time management. One of the movers actually dropped my furniture and broke it. After being reassured that Moving Fellows would make it right and pay for the cost of the repair they wrapped up the job and asked to be tipped at the end. 2 weeks later after not getting responses from moving fellows they offered me $90 to make up for the broken furniture. For reference this piece cost me $5000.00, and was custom made for me. Wow thanks for absolutely nothing Moving Fellows!!

   Overbilling

   I was billed for 4.77 hours for a third person who I did not request. After 2 weeks of fighting with these guys over the charges there is still no resolve to the problem. Only continued run around. Only been told that due to technology issues my case was closed twice with no answers. This bill was $295 more than what I was quoted and agreed to. Stay away from this company. Not once has anyone from this company called me. The only time I get a response is if I contact them, then I get a text message from them. I have an actual case number that was assigned to me when I first made my claim against them. But still 2 weeks in and no answers. Guess my next step is contacting our State Attorney Generals office, Consumer fraud division.

    Disappointed from start to finish!

    We used this company to help us move furniture from one house to another. They quoted us $580 for 3 hours, we got charged $1000 for 5 hours and only used movers for 4 hours. They reimbursed us some money but they still charged us for 4.36 hours despite multiple errors on their end which resulted in it even needing to be more than 3 hours for what we had. The movers said they would arrive at 12:30pm, got there after 1pm. Took 20 minutes to even start moving one piece of furniture (I know b/c I went to the store and came back and nothing was done). The team "forgot" their straps to lift heavy items and even admitted to us that this caused them to take extra time (not our fault). When I spoke to the office staff (Lace, very nice) it was explained that this should never happen b/c the teams have a protocol in order to not forget any equipment when they leave each day. Once the truck was loaded up and we arrived at location to unload, we did a walk through as our first thing. The movers knew at that time that two pieces of furniture that were heavy were going upstairs. They got started, moved in everything that would stay on the downstairs level which took close to an hour. At this point, they then called for a "third person" to help lift the two heavy items up the stairs. They did not check with us first or explain that there would be an added charge for this person/time. We waited close to 40 minutes for the third person to show up (Sebastian), and it only took 20 minutes to get the other two items up the stairs. When they were done we signed papers and we were told by the head mover that it was "4 hours" (1pm-5pm) and he even said "no charge for the dump run" (of a broken sofa), but said nothing about an additional charge for the 3rd person. I even spoke to the manager Evan, originally to change the credit card, but again when we got overcharged and it was on the original card. He explained that "this happens all the time" where they forget to charge to correct card. I called in and spoke to Lace who had me submit multiple different "claims" online, one claim for each error as this would help them process each charge fairly (claims: card charged, 4 not 5 hours, 3rd mover, 3rd mover for 2 hours, dump run, and extra time due to movers forgetting equipment). Evan the manager called me to discuss the case, and initially he was very nice and said he would assess each charge and talk with the team and follow up by the end of the week. Lace said they try to teach the teams when errors are made. Then within less than one after talking to Evan, he emailed me a "final response" that honestly felt really aggressive stating that they were refunding us for the third mover and adjusting the time to charge for 4.36 hours and that they wouldn't look in to any other charges and were closing the case. It came down to $785. The whole thing took longer b/c of them not having their heavy lifting straps. We shouldn't have had to pay for the extra time waiting since that was not our fault. They could have called for a third man after the walk through, plus could have informed us before they called. We also ended up having less items to move then we initially reported when we booked the move. This was my fourth time using movers in the past six months (moved States, to apartment/storage, to home, and this move) and this was by far the most unprofessional job I have ever had. Save your money and look elsewhere.
