   Completely unprofessional.

   Setting up the move was easy. The quote wasstraightforward with the expectation that my costs could be different once they saw how much stuff was involved in my move. The move was scheduled and I had a 2 hour window when the movers would arrive. 30 minutes before the end of that scheduled time I called the dispatcher to find out where the movers were. I was told they were 20 minutes away. An hour and a half later, the same dispatcher called to tell me the movers had a flat tire and had justcalled AAA. I had to reschedule to the next day. When I was talking to the movers the next day I asked about thir flat tire (since they mentioned they were supposed to move me the day before). All three mentioned they didn't have a flat but were rather running late since their earlier moves took longer than scheduled. When my stuff got to north Carolina, the same scheduling problems happend? The driver called to tell me he was going to be at my place within a 2 hour window and showed up 3 hours after the close of that window. However, unlike the three men that picked up my stuff, the guy running this end of the move was completely unprofessional - swearing at me for having a long hallway in my apartment complex, swearing at me for having the "wrong" type of money order and threatening to hold my stuff hostage. He yelled at me multiple times was incredibly aggressive when I pushed back (I'm a female in my mid twenties so I assume he thought he could take advantage oF the situation and make some extra $$ off of some up charges).  .

   Break of contract and court issue.

   The driver and the sales person (rachel) are very poor in communication , specialy the driver . he told me on the phone that he will be there at 4:30 at my house that means in about 2 hours , I call him at 6 pm and he said it's will be maybe tomorrow  .
