   Excellent moving experience.

   No issues, no worries. Once you agreed the quote price they will take care everything. Communication and coordination were excellent. Driver picked up the vehicle on time and Delivered on time too. There were no scraches or any damages. Whatever I left in the RAV4 everything was safe. I paid cash to the driver and he gave me the receipt.Thank you guys keep up the good work. .

   The best transport expereince.

   Great service!  I set up a transport on Thursday; they had a shipper lined up for me on the following Monday, vehicle was picked up on Monday and delivered the very next morning.  It you have ever transported vehicles, you know this is not common.  I didn't have time to worry about anything because it all happened so fast.  All of my future transport needs will be handled by National Transport. .

   Everything went as described.  No hassle getting top load with flexible schedule and vehicle was delivered early and in perfect condition.  The trip was from CA to Ohio. I will definitely use National Transport in the future. They are the real deal. Thanks Dawn for a job well done.

   This transport was set up with Erin who makes that process quick and simple. The vehicle was picked up and delivered yesterday - earlier than expected. We were happy to accommodate the driver for an after hours delivery and he surprised us by being able to deliver this vehicle just before the end of the work day. .

   Great customer service.

   I had no issues. Communication was great, the driver was very professional. The pick up and delivery was on time. I'm very pleased with my experience! When I called someone always answered the phone, if I had a question it was answered promptly. The driver kept in contact with me throughout the shipment. The car was actually delivered a day earlier and was communicated with me that it would be.

   Wonderful driver, greyat company to work with!

   I was able to schedule my the transportation of my son's car with Karlie, who was relatively new to her job. She proved to be very through and explained the process wonderfully!    My son's car was delivered in seven days, by a nice driver who is really a people person. We are from North Carolina and so is he.   My Airman son is a very happy young man today, receiving his car in great shape. The driver even washed it before  delivering it to my son.   Little things mean a lot, especially when you have no clue how transportation works.    Thank you , National Transport.

   Horrifying Experience.

   Horrifying Experience. Reasons for that, 1. Driver (Goons) threatened me to pay ADDITIONAL $150 by CASH while Delivery my Car ! 2. Once I reached my home & unloaded my stuffs from my Car, found that GPS, Car Charger & Brand New Comforter Sets were missing. I called immediately to Driver & Shipping Company & they replied - WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. Simply means, the items were STOLEN. 3. Tried to get resolution by contacting National Transport & uShip - same answer. My advice: DON'T SHIP.

   This is one of the worst experiences I've had in my life. The company was courteous, etc, until receiving the money and scheduled pick up date. They were 2 days late on the pick up. No explanation given. Company would not help or even speak to me (Supervisor/Manager). Vehicle was delivered 4 days late. I was phoned at midnight on one occasion to pick up my vehicle or they would not deliver it for a few weeks (threatened). This company was an outsourced moving company used by National Transport, LLC. The company is BEAR/BAHR (unsure of spelling, but pronounced like the animal). Delivery guys were Javier and William. They stole items out of my vehicle and also urinated on my carpets. Luckily for them, and neighbor accepted they vehicle while I was at work..and that it wasn't me! The company offered no explanation, apologies, etc. Do NOT use this company!! The reviewed on their site are fabricated. Take your hard earned money and business elsewhere!!

   Crap!!

   Do not use, they were a 1 1/2 days late on pick up and 3 days late to drop off, they broke a desk on pick up. no one answers the phone when you call, and the trucker only reponded via text message. Does that sound safe??
