We had to move our company’s archive to a new building across state. There were rows of labeled boxes that needed to stay in order. The movers were careful to keep everything organized while loading and unloading. Each box ended up in the right section just like we planned.

Super PRECISE and ON TIME!

Super PRECISE and ON TIME!
I moved a small office space into a new unit last week. I had desks, two chairs and several computer boxes. The crew packed the screens with care and carried the desks without bumping anything. They checked with me before placing every item in the new office. The whole thing went better than I expected.

WARNING... I'm not sure if this company is simply poorly run or if some of its members are dishonest. I called them to transfer me from TX to NY, but they ultimately abandoned me. I won't suggest them to others again because they are so unprofessional.

Worst customer service
The delivery status of the item had been changed to "Ready for Moving," but we subsequently discovered that a refund was being handled. Do not acknowledge the seriousness of the situation. They promised to ship my belongings from their storage facility, but it hasn't happened in two weeks. Never put your trust in these liars.

Poor estimate and poor communication
It's possible that my estimation was off, but this company's price hike is quadruple what I anticipated. It's OK, I have paid for it. When the truck with our furniture arrived, only one of the movers was there, so my Wife, who was quite ill with liver disease and, had to help.

I've packed my most expensive dress clothes, a down sleeping bag, camping supplies, a computer power backup, and a desk in five boxes. But when they arrive everything was broken and damaged. Please don’t call them for any move.

If I could do zero star I would
Since there have been several complaints about this company, the bank will get a fraud alert if you try to Zelle the payment. My bill was incorrect, and I was also misled to. My personal possessions were kept hostage as a form of demand until I settled up. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THAT.
