   Exceptional Movers Who Truly Care About Your Belongings

   They took away all of the stress off of the situation. The movers were helpful and kind and they ensured that everything was carefully packed and loaded. They seemed to genuinely care about my belongings. It was a fantastic experience, and I am so grateful!

   High Quality Movers!!

   The 3 gentleman that showed up, Brett, Brandon and Kyle were very friendly and knowledgeable about the job at hand. They helped with a couple of extra things that truly surprised my wife and I. I would use them again and will recommend them to anyone looking for a quality mover.

   Having to move is always stressful. But Northern NY Worldwide Van Lines made it a lot less. They called the day before the move to confirm. The crews arrived on time. They called prior and provided arrival time which I appreciated. They worked fast and was very efficient. Overall, it was a great experience. I highly recommend Northern NY Worldwide Van Lines!

   Zero communication with customer

   On June 22 I requested my delivery date for July 15 (16 business days to schedule and put into the system) that was the last day I had communication with anyone from this company. I called all last week to find out if the dispatcher would contact me with a time frame. No one responded to my emails or returned my voicemails. Saturday came and no truck arrived. I found the receipt from when they picked up my items and it was a different company (Prudential Van Lines). I called them and they said they had my name but that she didn’t know where my items were because the person I spoke to on June 22 (via email so I have proof of her response) never updated my address or put my delivery date into the system. I still don’t know when I’m going to get my furniture. I have two small children with me, ages 3 and 5 and this has been such a hard experience. We’re literally sitting on the floor in an empty house with no idea when we’ll have our furniture. I know that had the the delivery date is an estimate and it could be off by a couple of days, but I don’t know what’s going to happen now since she never put my request in. Please steer away from this business.
