   Well Organized!

   I realized that many of the concerns I had before the move were unnecessary. The process was handled in a way that allowed me to feel more comfortable and confident throughout the transition. Instead of constantly worrying about what might happen, I was able to focus on preparing for life in my new state.    The move went extremely well

   The move went extremely well, and I appreciate the care that was taken with all of my belongings. Everything was collected from both my apartment and storage unit and loaded onto the truck properly. Once everything arrived, I checked my belongings and found that everything was present, organized, and in good condition with no problems at all.

   Great Process!

   Over the course of my life, I have moved several times, and this is one of the most trouble-free processes I have experienced so far. Everything went in an organized manner from the first call until the end of the delivery. All of my belongings were carried very carefully, and all boxes were loaded safely. There was nothing lost, damaged, or delayed during transit.

   Amazing Crew!

   In fact, since we recently remodeled our house, we needed someone to help us move all the furniture into our home. The NXT Level Moving did an amazing job by placing every piece of furniture exactly where we wanted it to be. They also treated our newly painted walls with great care. Booking the service was easy, and they all came prepared for the work. There was nothing damaged during the process.

   Smooth Move!

   The movers segregated those things from other household materials, making unpacking quick and easy. The office area was organized way quicker than I had anticipated, and I was able to start my work within hours. There could not have been anything better than this.

   Downsizing meant that only my favorite things were moved from the previous place. All items were packed and handled very carefully by movers, and the scheduling process was very convenient, and my pickup was made on schedule. All my belongings arrived in perfect condition, and the whole unpacking process was well-organized at once.

   Do NOT hire these clowns!

   Please everyone learn from my mistakes! I saw the red flags and I stupidly ignored them. I was planning a cross country move from one small one bedroom apartment to another. I was going to rent a Uhaul and do it all myself. Oh how I wish I had! Instead, a relative gave me the number of someone at NXT Level Moving out of FL. I called the guy, described my items, he gave me a quote. I wasn't a complete moron, so before I signed a contract I looked them up. It seemed like most people's complaints stemmed from the fact that they neglected to mention items of furniture in the initial contract and thus the final cost exceeded the quote. Why does this happen? Because these people aren't really a moving company at all. They are a broker who then contracts with companies to move small amounts of stuff on bigger trucks with space to spare. I figured well, that won't be a problem for me because I was leaving most of my furniture behind anyway. I was wrong. Two guys showed up to move my stuff and promptly told me that due to them having to park literally 50 feet from my front door they will now be charging me another $150. They offered to leave that off their paperwork however, if I agreed to to tip them $120 in cash. I said fine. Next they told me my boxes already took up all the space I paid for (300 cubic feet). So two end tables I actually wanted to keep and were part of the original estimate would have to be left off. I said whatever, we will just leave them. My wife didn't like them anyway. I got to my destination and all of a sudden they became extremely hard to get ahold of and increasingly rude. They had quoted me up to 21 days so I wasn't too worried. But as time went on I thought it was pretty crazy they couldn't even give me an update on where my stuff was or when to expect it. Finally I get a call from someone who says he's looked at my new apartment's layout online and it looks like they will need a "shuttle truck" because semis can't fit and the "shuttle fee" would be another $350. That's not true, semis come in and out all the time for moving. But I said fine, thinking that would be the end of it. He warned me to have the $350 in cash or money order because they wouldn't take credit card. He even sent me a text receipt of sorts explicitly stating that $350 was all I would need to give them. Then they gave me a long window of 8am to 11am on week day in which the truck may show up and they warned me that if they have to wait for any reason, they would start charging even more. So I was there and ready with my $350. I should have known to expect more shenanigans. Two guys show up and they see that my apartment has an elevator from the entrance to what is technically the ground floor (where my apartment is). Because of this they now want $450 more, immediately, in cash. They would not accept a card payment and they would not wait for me to get more cash either. After arguing with them a bit over the phone, they literally just dumped my stuff in the parking lot. I had to rent a hand truck from Home Depot and bring it all up myself in the end. Now for the grand finale! All of the boxes were ripped and torn. Lots of damage to my books, clothes valuables, a very expensive clock etc. TL;DR these people are crooks and you should steer clear of them at all costs!

    Worst Ever

    Worst experience ever! The sales person was so eager to take our money after we put a down payment on my move have not heard from him since. I was in touch with customer service weekly asking about arrival dates..when my items arrived a lamp and table were broken and a chair missing entirely. Most of my items did make it however the lack of care; from higher up sucks. Was asked to put in a formal request about my items broken and missing I provided images and it’s been a month; still gave not heard anything from them! Went to call customer service was on hold forever called dispatch customer service no answer! All and all I can think of 10 better moving companies that are professional and understanding. I will never use more recommend this company again!
