   Bristol move

   The move went well which was was totally down to On the Dot. They were brilliant, and took everything in their stride (including many stairs). The company was also great at communicating and answered all the questions I had ahead of the move day. They were recommended to me and I would happily recommend them to anyone who needed a moving company.

The team took the stress out of our move completely. We would not hesitate to recommend them and will be using them again for our next move.

   Just to say that we could not be more pleased with the work Andy and Jamal did on Tuesday, to move our stuff, including paintings and the grandfather clock from London to Pembrokeshire. They really were excellent - great communication, excellent timing, and lovely lads. Our daughter in London could not speak highly enough of them too.

   Excellent company A+++

   I decided to go with On the Dot after having a couple of conversations with Dave, they gave great advise and I Trusted them straight away, a lot more than 2 other companies I was considering. They were a bit more expensive but purely because they allowed for an extra load but they price matched for us. The guys were absolutely amazing, completely trusted them in our house and were so helpful, unbelievable quick and also very careful with our belongings. I couldn’t recommend this company for both Service and Customer Experience. Thanks Again Lianne & Tony

   Highly recommend

   From first contact Dave was really responsive and arranged a survey via zoom within a couple of days. We had a day of packing and moved the following day, the team were really friendly and accommodated all our requests with no fuss. Everything went really well, would definitely recommend.

   Efficient, friendly and good value service.

   The team from On the Dot had already packed up our previous home and moved us into storage when our purchase fell through and I didn't have any hesitation about using them again when we finally moved into our new home. I had advised that the move would involve a lot of stairs but they took this into account with their quote and it still came out at a very reasonable price. On the day, the team (mostly the same as the previous move) were friendly and efficient, turning up bang on time in the morning and getting the job done by early afternoon, including reassembling beds and tables which we would have struggled with! I don't plan on moving again any time soon but if I did these guys would be top of my list to get quotes from.

   John and Abe of On the Dot Removals did an excellent job for me, moving antique furniture from my late father's house in Gloucester to Bristol. They were punctual, polite and very helpful. I'd recommend this company who made my move run like clockwork! Great value for money too.

    Helpful from the start. Personal visit to review job helped me know we'd chosen the right service, Luton van and 2 men. Punctual on the day and took time to check where we wanted things to go. Organised and efficient.
