   My move was from WA state to Texas. It took On Time Moving Express Inc 30 days to deliver my household goods to Texas. When they finally arrived, my boxes and creates were covered in rat urine and feces. Also, some of my furniture arrived broken and dented. Lastly, a plastic create full of winter jackets never arrived to Texas. On Time Moving Express claimed it was either lost or forgotten in their warehouse. They never reimbursed me for the lost jackets and the damaged furniture.

   Perfect Scam !!!!

   This is a warning message for all who wants to utilize the moving with the company Ontime Moving Express. I had a very bad experience with this company who has cheated me moving from Redmond, WA to Newark, DE during 2021. They have charged approx. $9400 for two bedrooms items which are very huge amounts. And all items found in damaged condition, so basically, this was a total loss for me. In spite of charging the insurance claims, they did not send a single penny to me. There was no communication from them for any updates. They should be immediately blacklisted. Please don't consider this company for any moving or relocation, this was a worst-case scenario.

   Horrible move

   Hiring On Time Moving from Elma, Washington and the broker Safeway Relocation Services from Florida was one of my worst mistakes ever. It started with the move-- they were three days late and no one told us. Then when all the stuff was already loaded onto the truck, movers charged her an extra $1,500 for arbitrarily eye-balling the amount. The broker never even returned calls. The broker said the move would take 3-10 days. After three weeks, we got nervous. With no help from broker (wouldn't even tell me who the movers were) we had no move date. THIRTY days later they came and left without putting my daughter's furniture back together AND the majority of her boxes were DAMAGED by RATS. Holes chewed through the boxes and rat poop everywhere. THEY never returned my calls. Nor did the broker. My daughter was devastated. BE WARNED. DO NOT USE THEM-- it was a nightmare. A $7,000 nightmare.
