   I recently contracted Home Safe Moving and Storage, for a cross country move. On Track Movers, their direct carrier, picked us up and it went without a hitch. Their attention to detail was remarkable, given I have moved over 20 times. They literally blanket and pad wrapped every item of furniture, including my office chair. And given it was not an inexpensive move, I knew I had chosen the right company. From the crew to their customer service team, it was a seamless move and I will use them again, as well as refer them to my friends. I am very happy.

   I had paid extra to have a light crated and packed. Upon arrival the movers dropped it on the floor. the box was labeled fragile with arrows pointing up. The movers just didnt care the light ended up being broken. Walter is the worst to deal with very condesending and rude.

   This company charged me $23,000 to move from NY to MD. The items arrived broken, damaged and/or missing. The appeal to get reimbursed is a joke. I got $186 for over $15,000 worth of damage/loss. DO NOTUSE THEM or SHIP and MOVE who contracted On Track for our move.

   These movers should be arrested. Julian and Anthony, I understand that you are just customer reps so I encourage you to share this nightmare complaint with senior management. Please note that my contract was signed between me and Pack and Ship, llc. They subbed it out without telling us to On Track Movers, llc. Do not do business with either of these companies. I spent $23,000 to have more than 50% of our items broken or damaged moved from New York to Maryland. Below is email I sent to the two moving companies: Anthony and Julian, The amount of damage that occurred is unimaginable. It Started with packing in New York where there were four holes punched in the wall and items that had no business being put in a wardrobe box were placed there. 30% maybe more, broken, smashed, or unable to be assembled because they didn’t keep pieces together and then ran out of time. Never have I seen dishes and other fragile items packed in tall wardrobe boxes that were clearly bounced around as so much was smashed or cracked. Items that were on hinges were busted and not one wardrobe box that had hanging clothes arrived with hanging clothes. Everyone of them -all the clothes were bunched on the bottom of the boxes as if they were rolled down a hill. I am just getting started as we are still going through boxes. At this rate there was so much destroyed and/or broken I would need to take hundreds of pictures. Not only will I be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau but I will likely have to hire a lawyer to go after both your companies to get some kind of restitution. Some of the items were heirlooms and or one of a kind and irreplaceable. This is the most unacceptable experience anybody could have had. I promise you This is not over and there is no I’m sorry that will fix this ever. I cannot believe you are a business and I need to warn anybody who is dealing with you. We feel robbed and devastated and lied to by this moving experience. Shame on you. This is not the last time you will be hearing from Ann, Jackie, Terry and Robin.

   Never use these Movers

   Horrible. Picked up late, arrived with several missing and damaged items. Then attempted to low ball me on my claim. Totally unsatisfactory. Never ever use them! Some family heirlooms are gone forever.
