   Small move.

   I was very impressed: both mover Frank and NoNso showed up right on time, handled my furniture with an extra care even the ground covered with ice and snow. They are very efficient with caution and tried not to prolong the minimum of 2 hours if not necessary. They are polite and happy.. I am very satisfied! Highly recommend!

   Review on a move with Ottawa Pro Movers.

   I had a great experience moving with these guys. I contacted Ottawa Pro Movers following a recommendation from a friend and I'm happy with my choice. The service I received from the company was great. I had a very hard time to confirm a time for the movers, as so many things went wrong for me: I did not receive the keys for my new apartment on time, the elevator was not available to put on service when I planned, etc. I had to change my moving time so many times, but the guys were exceptionally patient and understanding. They showed me a great deal of flexibility and I am very thankful for that. The move itself went smooth. The movers were professional and efficient. Would recommend to anyone.

   Ottawa Pro Movers helped me move last weekend. They arrived right on time, very courteous, very respectful, and above all very professional. Started and finished on time. Consulted with me to ensure all was ok. I recommend this company to any and everyone looking for professional, respectful and efficient movers. You will not regret the choice! Christine.

   Local moving.

   I hired Ottawa Pro Movers to move me from a condo to a town home in Barrhaven. All started with very good and fast communication with Dan. The price we received was very competitive. Job was confirmed by email that incuded price, truck size, link to the website with all the prices, tips and insurance details. Movers Alain and Nicco arrived exactly on time. The Condo was a walk-up terrace model which meant lots of stairs with tight turns! The movers were all very professional, efficient, personable and incredibly hard working! Not one minute was lost! They got me to my new home faster than expected . Nothing was broken, everything was well wrapped and they took care of every item. All with great humour despite the bad weather.That was the best stress-free move I have every made! I would highly recommend Ottawa Pro Movers to anyone.

   Terrible Movers.

   When it comes to moving, Ottawa Pro Movers showed no professionalism and care. They damaged the walls and door frame at the old address. They also did not wrap all of the furniture in blankets. My leather sofa, leather bed, massage chair and dining table arrived at the new address all damaged. The couch had damages in 7 spots. They even lost the shelving from a media cabinet! At the end of the move, one of the crew had the audacity to say that nothing was damaged so no need to inspect then they quickly left. The move ended up taking 7.5 hrs which is unexpectedly long for a 2-bedroom. I am puzzled how they have A+ rating on BBB and near 100% 5-star rating on Google reviews. If they are so amazing, then how come the crew that did my move were so bad and my experience is so awful that I feel I've been robbed? Perhaps I should have requested or confirmed that I was getting the same crew who got the great reviews. Definitely stay away from Ottawa Pro Movers if you don’t want your belongings to be damaged. There is absolutely nothing “Pro” about them. They will make your move more stressful and full of frustration even when the move is over.
