   Mauvaise expérience

   Not in a hurry. Taking care of my things is one thing, but over wrapping, over taping and doing it at a pace like we're going to Europe, is very frustrating. Besides the fact that neither english or french were understood fully, making it difficult to communicate clearly what needed to be done, there was no sense of work method for efficiency at all. Ne jamais utiliser cette compagnie pour un gros déménagement. Le lundi matin deux des employés aucunement efficaces. Beaucoup de perte de temps, musique à tout tête, conversation très forte dans les passages. Le mardi matin même équipe plus 2 autres personnes et le tout complété en 2.5 heures. Ça aurait dû se passer à la même vitesse lundi. J'avais demandé que l'on m'envoie quelqu'un pour un inventaire afin de déterminer la grosseur du camion, non on connaît notre affaire, finalement 2 camions de 22 pieds. Quelle compagnie, restez loin.    Service good, but has 1 hour transport fee

   Be aware. They charge 1 hour extra for moving for the warehouse to your house and from your house to the warehouse. The saler had it in the system, but he never told me or even on the email confirmation. It was suppose to be 175$/hour and that was the deal.

   Taking care of my things is one thing, but over wrapping, over taping and doing it at a pace like we're in Mexico is very frustrating. Besides the fact that neither english or french were understood fully, making it difficult to communicate clearly what needed to be done, there was no sense of work method for efficiency at all. We had to forego taking some things because after 5 hours of loading the truck we had to get going since we had a deadline for unloading in a managed building with restrictions, luckilyonly 3 blocks away… literally! That's not counting the items that they didn't take which we only noticed later because they were in the garage. I had to lead the 3 guys and take charge of unloading because they would put a couple items in the elevator and then take them up while the other guy or guys stood there waiting since were not allowed to advance too much stuff close to the elevators. So at the end when I was charged 9 hours, I ended up speaking with someone at head office to explain my discontent and he argued that my request to take away 2hrs from the bill was out of the question and finally hung up on me. This all happened, of course, mainly because I wrongly assumed that they were another moving company with a similar name, and a much better reputation. Major ooopsy!

   Les pires!

   Ils sont changent l'heure de gestion la veille, en plus, ils sont arrivés 3 heures plus tard encore!; Ils sont laissés tombés mon frigo d'un étage complet, ne veulent pas dédomager la perte, ils sont cassés des objets à l'intérieur des boites bien marqués fragiles, ils m'ont chargé de plus, je reclame (encore) avec la soumission originale comme preuve. Il est peut être la 10e fois que j'appelle au sujet de réclamation et révision d'une facture payée en trop, il y a des courriels explicatifs, des photos, des témoins, et encore je ne reçoive pas de réponse du département des réclamations. Je n'ai reçu aucune appel, et pire encore votre employé m'a raccroché le téléphone pour éviter de répondre aux réclamations ! Cela ira-t-il en poursuite civile ? Une des grandes entreprises de déménagement à Mtl n'est pas capable de répondre et raccrocher le téléphone aux clients lors de demande d'information pour régler vos erreurs? Ce sont les pires!

   Never use this company for moving

   They offer a good service to conclude with them but very bad service after moving. They call you to t’elle you that they have the best price but, the price increased considerably $$$$$ 1000$ more. They do not want to pay for the items (furniture)broken. I have 7 of them. Do not return my calls. Never had these kind of problems with others companies in the past.
