   Items Not Delivered.

   They are scam artists, bullies and overall a nasty bunch  - in short they scheduled for 8am to clentch the busness & pacify us and then they showed up at 4;30pm and stated that they could have just cancelled but wanted to do the job but now they regret it . They said "either way you would complain .. so what do I get back in the truck and go home ? Once that unpleasntness was over they found , created , fabricated a new dilema . They stated that they would not take our things related to a box issue. To illustrate this better 60% of the apartment contents were already out of the house either in the driveway or garage , 2 dressers, 1 of 2 desks , 4 lamps 4 nighttables, 3 end table 1 loveseat, 2 sofas, 2 king size mattresses ,a childs bed ) The clailmed that my boxes were too small( (these were LOWES MEDIUM & LARGE BOXES) and would thrash around making for dangerous driving condintion and increasea risk to my things so .. they would seel me boxes to rectify the problem and we were lucky they sell for 16$ but they would take a few dollars off  . The worst part was they made it clear that nothing was going to be moved until they were bought and re-pakaged or we always had the option of calling a closed office and reschedulong the move. Pleased keep in mind this occured ON jUNE 29 I had to be moved out by July 1st . THey took the long way around back in NY while already on the right side of the GW bridge  which took them 45 minutes more plus toll ocost .. then they got stuck at the bottom of the driveway ( they truck had a loading platform .. ) so they were unable to delivery and had to wait for a towtruck they left with my thing s back tpo Brooklyn . They then wanted me to pay for the truck and the round trip back to their truck area and the labor to unload and switch trucks this bill was 1600$ total which would mean I would owe them 1000$ more . ive tried to contact them 6 time now they just hang up and on one occasion he stated " I threw that stuff out ".  I am going to call NEWS12 ROCKLAND COUNTY !! Our whole life was in that truck! All our daughter's baby pictures clothes, our  computers , our wedding pictures, our coats ,clothes , unform , diplomas , kitchen apppliances , artwork from when my family lived in Gabon , Kaplan review textbooks that cost me 500$ . .

   Bad service.

   Bad service, damaged a lot of furniture, talked in Russian and laughed mocked and cursed, Salesman Alexander also very rude, ask for a high tip so they don't charge for packaging, don't remove packaging or set up right bad service would in no way recommend. Don't set up everything, awful rude, take lunch breaks without you knowing and complain about what they gave to take do not listen.
