   A wonderful WOW! experience.

   My wife and I have not moved in 33 years, so, were a little apprehensive. Dealing with QF could not have been a better choice! From the first phone call until the last piece of furniture was put down we were given nothing but friendly, competent and professional service. Hope to never move again but if we do this is the only mover I will consider. Recommend QF with absolutely NO RESERVATIONS! They had an hours drive in morning traffic to get to our house..and arrived 15 minutes early! They worked quickly but NOT ONE THING was damaged in any way. Could not have asked for a better moving experience. Was so impressed with the whole event I gave each crew member a nice tip.

   No Professionalism, rude service, arguementative.

   Called for a quote and asked typical questions any potential customer could ask and met with rudeness when a brief pause to tell a child to wait while on the phone. Quiver employee went on a tirade about professionalism. They were very confrontational when questioned about their mileage rates or fueling charges as a flat rate. Practically yelling when they were describing how in a "news flash their business doesn't advertise and everything is by word of mouth" and if anybody's price was lower they wanted to know. Well, there are at least 4 other companies that were called and lower with much better customer service. There is no professionalism to this company at all with this brief interaction.

   This individual is leaving the same review all over the internet - However, we do not know who this person is - they must have us confused with someone else. Most of the other review sites are refusing to give it any credence. There was never a child in our office and we would never speak to a potential customer in the fashion portrayed. We have caller ID and call logs - we maintain this did not happen, nor did we ever speak to to this person. (If so, please provide us with the name of whom you spoke with) If it had occurred we would have dealt with it appropriately - but we cannot assume responsibility for something that simply did not occur.

   Quiver Full Movers.

   I am so disappointed!  After having used them before, I had all confidnece in Quiver Full Movers. Upon arrival one of their crew placed his coffee cup on my piano!  That should have been a clue about the careless attitude of this crew. They damaged both my wicker sofas, an antique bookcase and my grandfather clock.  While removing the doors from my refrigerator they broke some fittings and suggested that we fix this ourselves!  Thankfully our son is an appliance tech.  The parts alone cost $25! I found the damage to one sofa imeediately and they were very prompt in sending the "furniture doctor" to repair.  But when I found additional damage as we began to unpack they were reluctant to make repairs. We will NEVER us them again.  It is disappointing to see how much they have changed in 4 years.      .

   We are very surprised to be receiving this negative review. Two months ago every indication was that she was happy with our service. In fact when she returned our “Please rate our service” survey she rated us with all 5’s, which is a perfect score, and added the following hand written comment… “The guys were great - very polite and helpful in every way. They worked quickly and efficiently.” We take every precaution to ensure our customers belongings are treated with care, and when accidents do rarely occur we go to lengths to make it right. In this case we did cause a repairable damage to her sofa and we paid to have it fixed in a very timely fashion at no cost to her. When she brought to our attention that there might be more damage we asked her to provide us photos of the damaged furniture and we would be glad to go from there, as we did with the damaged sofa. She never did follow up with us again. Had she followed up with us in a timely manner we would not have shown the least reluctance to make things right.
