   Good movers!

   We didn't have a huge move, mainly furniture, as we had packed and moved boxes ourselves. R & M movers did a nice job. The crew was experienced and pleasant, and they finished in a timely manor. We were very satisfied.

   Worst Move Ever

   From the get go it was a nightmare, charged an extra $600 for ?? They said more cubic feet. One bedroom with very little furniture. Loaded 2 days early and took 2 weeks to deliver. Boxes crushed, 50” TV cracked and ruined. Dishes broke from badly handled. Not sure where my belongings were but almost positive it was unloaded and reloaded at least once. Unprofessional from movers complaining and asking for a tip to dispatch, many supervisors. I agree with other reviews Liars, most definitely overcharged and icing on cake, damaged and ruined property. I hired a different moving company not knowing it was going to be farmed out to these guys or I wouldn’t agreed to it. One story from them, different from R&M. Just a very unpleasant experience when moving is stressful on its own. Was told 5 days and became 2 weeks with nothing in the new place which cost more money for lodging. Now I’m again shuffled to another company to file a very confusing , complicated claim which I’m sure they will not want to pay for damages. If your reading this, RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I don’t want anyone else to go through what I went through.

   Don't hire.

   This company is dishonest and a rip off! They overcharge and lie about their hours. They document their start and end time but they waste time in between so that they can charge their clients more money. Roland is a liar and a thief.
