   R&S Movers was fantastic during my commercial move. They wrapped fragile electronics, carried desks carefully, and delivered everything ahead of schedule. It was a professional and reliable experience from start to finish.

   This was an excellent moving company!

   This was an excellent moving company! It wasn't an easy transition, as my apartment was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. The movers maintained their cool and organized everything properly. They wrapped my furniture, carried my boxes safely and didn't break the walls or steps. The move was quick and efficient. I was really surprised by how quickly it was made.

   Full on scam.

   This was an extremely frustrating experience, I genuinely don’t know how this has so many positive reviews. I had to contact them the day before, when they said they would call me to let me know the schedule and status. At 4:30 the day before the move they told me it was delayed a day, an hour later they told me they messed up and it was in fact the following day between 10-1. The gentleman showed up around noon, so in their window but no communication until moments before arrival. Then my wife noticed the truck already looked full, I didn’t think much of it at first but hindsight I don’t think they had any intention of putting our things in that truck. Shortly after arrival negotiations started, after they “counted” everything suddenly the estimate was $13k more, I understand estimates are estimates and never exactly but $13,000 difference is massive. They tried to “work with me, and take care of me” which was telling me they could do it fr less but would leave half our belongings behind, and that was still going to be $12000 more than the quote. The dm then called me and took another $1500 off, which was still wildly off of the estimate. I felt there business model is to get your deposit and get out of the job you thought you were paying for. So down $860 dollars and way late in the day we had to get a uhual do all the work ourselves and make an extra 6 hour round trip to pick up our personal vehicle. 10/10 don’t recommend. Full on scam
