Damaged Furniture- owner Brian unresponsive to resovle
This was my third time using Brian’s Rapid Movers so I would’ve thought he would have been professional when an expensive dresser was damaged during the move and my blackout curtains did not arrive. Brian said he would get back to me within 2 days with what refund he could provide. He asked me for the full payment though before the credit so I went ahead and paid in full that day. 4 days went by and no response, I checked in with him and he said he was still working on it and wanted to be able to give me more than the $50 insurance would provide. I let him know that as always I take care of his guys with over $100 tip and gave them tv and furniture so I would appreciate it if he took care of this and $200 would be acceptable. He said he agreed and could Zelle me it Friday. Three more days went by and nothing, I messaged him again he said sorry and would get it to me. It takes 10 seconds to send a Zelle so seemed insincere to me. I moved on October 30th so we are at 3 weeks now that I gave him before posting this review. I will never use his service or recommend to anyone again
