   Best moving company ever!

   We had a brutal experience with our mortgage and as a result, we really needed our trucking company to pull through for us and did they ever! David, Karan and their crew were some of the kindest and most professional individuals ever. I can say for sure if we had hired another moving company we likely would have been left out in the dust or charged an exuberant amount for the predicament we were in - Raptors Movers was nothing but kind and supportive. I totally recommend this company to everyone!

   Highly recommend

   I couldnt imagine trying to Move houses without Raptor movers. They totally took all the stress out of moving from one house to the next. We did a double move meaning we had to put our belongings into storage and the team from Raptor movers made this process hassel free. I would use these guys over and over and I highly recommend using their services. Very polite and competitive pricing!

   Awesome Moving Experience

   We had such a great experience with Raptor Movers. I highly recommend them, the whole team was so professional, kind, and efficient. They took very little time to complete the whole moving process, and we did not have any scratch on any of the furnitures. They moved everything with utmost care. So happy with their service. 100/100.

   Thank you karan and team for accomodating last minute moving, It was quick and fast and room by room. Packging of fragile items was great especially where our all furniture is glass made. Excellent handling within time frame

   Great Movers, there was one issue

   The team was very professional, very nice and quite efficient! They are fast and really do take care to not damage anything during the move. A really good moving company that I would recommend and they'd be my first choice again for any future moves. tHOWEVER... Had an issue with my move and even though in the end I still consider them a trustworthy moving company, I'll relate my experience for the sake of a full review and let you decide. My high end gymn quality elliptical was only partially moved as the support handles were missing when we got to our new place. I thought I could use it but after realizing how unsafe it was without the support I contacted Raptor Movers for a resolution. Their insurance wouldn't pay as it was not a case of items damaged during transportation. I was therefore left with the option of working directly with the owner. The first thing I noticed is how profess and courteous he was. I did have to make MULTIPLE phone calls as he somehow rarely ever called back when he said he would (he should really work on this). We looked at different options such as him sending another machine that turned out to be of lower quality. When I explained this, the owner was receptive and kept working with me to find a solution. In the end, I found an identical elliptical on Facebook marketplace. I sent a picture of the Ad to the owner and he paid the full cost for me to replace the machine. In the end, we are humans and things can go wrong regardless if you are a small or big company. What alway matters is how a company takes responsibility and resolves any customer issues. Raptor Movers integrity is what has led me to conclude that they're on of the best out there. Was it gun having to go for a few weeks without a working machine? NO In the end, am I satisfied with their service and how they resolved the issue? YOU BET I AM Would I use this company in the future? THEY'D BE MY FIRST GO TO

   Best of the best!

   These movers did an AMAZING job! I had a commercial treadmill in the garage and I phoned more than 8 companies… 2 companies came, saw the treadmill and said no right away. These guys came to see the treadmill and loved it up the stairs like it weighed nothing!!! They did an amazing job! And to add on they did it the same day!!!!! Super impressed!!!! Thank you!

   Fragile shipment moving

   We would like to thank Karan and his team for their excellent service in moving our shipment of very fragile items from the warehouse to our home. They provided these services for us third year in a row! They arrived on time and completed the job very skillfully in a very efficient manner. They were very well coordinated and even took their short rest breaks in a very planned manner that did not affect their speed or rhythm in completing the job. We highly recommend them to deliver excellent service every time.

   Fast, friendly, professional and careful

   I just moved with these gentlemen today (sunny, gopi and guru) . Four strong men that were polite, careful hard working and friendly. The price for the move was very reasonable and coordinating the move was super easy. They are very responsive to text, email and phone.. I would highly recommend Raptor Movers.

   Ravi and Gurpreet came and helped me move into my basement so I can renovate the upstairs. I called in the morning and they came in the afternoon of the same day. They were quick, efficient and professional. Would recommend to anyone in a pinch :)

    No show

    Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. Communication was bad from the start. The guy on the phone was short, hard to understand, and clearly didn’t care. I switched to text just to make sure things were clear. They confirmed they would be at the location at 3pm. Based on that, I drove 1.5 hours to meet them. They never showed up. No call. No text. Nothing. When I tried calling, the calls immediately failed. I then tried WhatsApp. They didn’t answer, just sent an automatic message saying they’d call back. They never did. After that, complete silence. No explanation, no apology, no accountability. This wasn’t a small inconvenience. They wasted my time, my gas, and completely screwed my schedule. Standing someone up after confirming a time is beyond unprofessional — it’s disrespectful and irresponsible. If this is how they operate before a job even starts, I wouldn’t trust them with anything I own. Avoid this company unless you’re okay with being ghosted and left hanging. One of the worst service experiences I’ve had, hands down
