   Great Service - Great Move.

   I can't say enough good things about how professional and nice these guys are. Showed up on time, rolled floor covers throughout my house. Got my move done unbelievably fast with no damages to nothing. They are very careful and made sure they put moving blankets on everything. Communication with the office was always easy and prompt. The bill was $250 less then the estimate. Just a really good experience from time of booking to the time of completion.

   RedMileMoving FIVE STAR!!

   Red mile moving were professional, clean, on time despite a snow storm, -30 degree weather, they were cheerful, kept it moving, wrapped and treated all our possessions with care. They came and did an estimate for AISH, which 3 other movers didn't respond. I highly recommend this company. They came under their quote, helped us set up our bed, and carried boxes into the basement. Set runners-up to protect the carpets at both properties. They made a difficult day much easier!

   Almost made it

   Our move started out well. They showed up on time with a 5 ton truck, loaded all our belongings in a shorter amount of time than they figured and took it off to storage, for less than 2 months. We arranged to have delivery of our belongings on August 31. They showed up with a 1 ton truck towing a trailer. Kids beds in the back of the truck, filthy from not being covered. We moved from Calgary to Winnipeg. About 2/3rds of our move made it. The movers informed us they had told the owner about it before they left. We contacted Adam about the many missing items and he blamed the movers for not informing him about it. Since we moved in August 31st we received one email saying that after the long weekend he would look at when red mile.moving might actually fulfill their contract of delivering out family's belongings. We have since been ghosted. If you like the things you have in you house and want to see them again, do not hire red mile moving!

   Ghosted and Job Incomplete

   DO NOT use this company. I spent over 4200 on my move (including 13 months storage) and I'm being ghosted by the owner, Adam Berg. Issues include overcharging, damages, and missing items including my mattress. I am severely handicapped and left without one until resolved. My property was pulled out of storage and delivered to my new home August 2, they were almost 5 hours late, no one answering the phone. Items were damaged, furniture scratched, soft items with yellow water staining, boxes and bags torn or broken. The move in was just over and hour, they tried to charge me for 1 extra hour before arriving and after, $909, after quoting $650-825 over the phone. It took less time than he quoted. My mattress and multiple other items were not delivered, but I was promised they saw them at the warehouse and we're going right back for them. The owner was on the phone directing his team to leave for the next job instead. I had the word of the man delivering. I was pushed to pay or the clock would keep ticking (and charging) until I did. It is August 15th and no word from Adam Berg or anyone else at Red Mile. My items have yet to be delivered, over charges for having to sort through my items that were mixed with another customers were not addressed. Additional time at the warehouse and at my house were charged. Phone calls, emails, Facebook, Kijiji, Google, etc ads we're going up but no response to my requests for contact on any platform. I tried driving to all three addresses I found online, two only post codes, and could not find them. I now see he changes the address on each ad. I had requested the address when I sent my items to storage last year and was given an address that does not exist. He had assured me his storage was insured and now I doubt that. I followed their terms and conditions and filed a complaint within 3 days, I still have no response 2 weeks later. I am severely handicapped and they left me without a place to sleep, and I cannot afford to replace those items after being charged for their additional time and the move. I DO NOT recommend using them, and have filed official complaints with the BBB.

    Absolute Disaster

    Absolutely terrible experience so far. Guys showed up late. Was quoted for a 10 hour move, even though the move only took 9 hours I was still charged more. Nearly every piece of furniture they moved was damaged. Gouges out of the tops of my sofas, bedside tables, and dressers, crushed corners of my bedside table and sofa, punctured leather on my chair, caved in the back of my dresser. Contacted the owner and he said they wouldn't even try to make it right until I moved the furniture in to a house. That's absolute BS when they moved my stuff to a long term storage.
